Great CL

This is a well and regularly manicured site , level short grass with hedging all round . Very nice welcome from chatty owner who even brought us some Pears from his garden . Happisburgh about 2 mile walk were there is a pub , nice beach and of course the Lighthouse . 4 Miles from nearest boat hire for the Broads . All in all a great 4 night stay

Warm welcome

First time at this site with our motorhome but I am sure we will return. Peaceful setting and great cycle routes to coast and along Weavers Way and around the country lanes - did not move motorhome in 5 days! Must to visit is East Ruston Gardens just around the corner - fantastic place only open 1-5 Wed to Sun and bank hols - always busy. Mr and Mrs Gotts are fantastic hosts - made us feel totally at home and welcome without intruding. Had the site to ourselves which suited us fine!

No suprise

It's no suprise that Mr and Mrs Gott's site keeps winning accolades. No-one could offer more practical help and warmly welcoming his clients. Immaculate. The high boundary hedge almost seemed to have been cut by someone with a spirit-level! Mr Gott as an award winning ex-lorry driver is able to guide novices into their position on this small but charming site.

One of the Best

Just returned from a lovely 6 night stay at this excellent C.L. We found the directions to the site very easy to follow. As you turn onto the concrete driveway a spacious field with short grass awates you. A warm welcome from the owners and Jim is egar to help site the van, fill the Aquaroll or even erect the awning, although he will not mind if you wish to do it yourself. Happisburgh is only a few minutes away by car, (you can walk there down some quite lanes). There is a car park next to the impressive lighthouse. Also there is a pleasant walk south along the beech until you reach a large ramp where the RLNI station is located. Continue up the ramp inland.Pass the RLNI large building and continue on the grass path to the the building ahead of you. This is Small Sticks cafe, well worth a stop for refreshments. Leave the cafe and retrace your steps back towards the beech. Take the road on your left just before the ramp, continue along this road/path back to the lighthouse.
