Fabulous site

Beautiful site set out in a row of five very large pitches to maximise the sun.fabulous views of the malverns and surrounds. Great little quirky village pub with good ale a short walk down a lane adjacent, Lots of walks from site. Phone, internet and TV signal excellent. Windbreak is advisable as if an East wind on a nice day you need it Best dog walk ever on a site. As to gunshots we heard none whilst here This will be high on our list to return

Superb little site

Lovely site with plenty of space between pitches - only 5 allowed so very quiet from the neighbouring vans. Would definitely come again - I have no complaints - I just wish that pigeons would shut up - doesn’t matter where you go the noisy devils are there and I was parked right under a big tree on pitch number 4 - will take a shotgun next time heheheh - the owners are wonderful I loved it

A gem amongst the hills

We have spent another wonderful week at one of our favourite CL sites. This site ticks so many boxes for us. Beautiful location, spacious and level pitches, wonderful walks on the doorstep, peace and tranquility; what more could you want?!!! The site is very well maintained with very clean chemical waste point and waste disposal. Excellent TV reception and mobile signal. This site is a walker's paradise with numerous walks direct from the site, or a short drive takes you to the Malvern hills. We enjoyed watching the sun set over the Malvern hills from our caravan pitch on several occasions! We can't wait to return!

Lovely CL but be aware if your dog is scared of gun shots

Nice level site and well mowed. Plenty of room between pitches and a gated entrance. No issues getting in and our with our twin axle. Best dog walk ever around the meadow opposite and views of the Malverns. Unfortunately were were unaware that South Worcester Shooting Ground is close by and we were unable to sit outside during the day because one of our dogs is terrified of gun shots. It is not an intrusive noise but it was too much for our dog. We wouldn't hesitate to return but for the guns.

A Perfectly Acceptable site but not our kind of CL

If you are happy to be lined up against a white post, with neigbours on either side and only being able to site your van one way, just like everyone else then this site is for you. However, this is just not what we want from a CL. The joy of a CL for us is an informal pitch, where we can place our van, preferably in a corner and be completely private and on our own. Alas this is not the case on this site. We all had to line up as if on parade, if we were happy to do this we would go on a club site! We had booked for a week, so we were stuck. Also there is no shade, and as the week we were there was very hot and very sunny it was at times uncomfortable. There is some road noise from the nearby B road which is quite busy. This was not too much of an issue for us despite the fact that we are a bit paranoid about road noise. For some reason the waste disposal facility is a foot or so off the ground, and whilst the owners have provided a ramp, it still is not the best arrangement, making it difficult to dispose of waste water from a heavy receptacle. Another, slightly annoying point is that you are expected to pay up front for the whole of your stay. I am happy to provide a deposit, but in my view paying up front is again like being on a club site, and we have never had to do that on a CL. I sincerely hope the reason for paying up front is not because people have sneaked off without paying! Hotspot and data roaming wi-fi is also a problem, service was intermittent. This was not ab issue for us but if you are anxious to stay connected you might find it a nuisance. To sum up, there is nothing fundamentally wrong with this site, just not one we would visit again.
