Worcester Certificated Locations

The English city of Worcester is situated in the county of Worcestershire, flanked by the River Severn.

It's a great place to spend a few days as there's just so much to do, whether you want fun family activities or history and heritage.

The cathedral is a must-see as it has royal tombs, an ancient crypt and outstanding Victorian stained glass, as well as beautiful architecture.

There are also half-timbered buildings on Friar Street, including the 500-year-old Tudor House that now incorporates a museum. Check them and more history out (including Civil War sites) on a guided walking tour from the Guildhall each day.

Worcester has plenty of pubs, restaurants and other eateries to refresh you, as well as excellent opportunities for shopping.

Other highlights include Worcester Woods Country Park, the steam railway, Worcester Porcelain and, of course, sampling Worcester sauce straight from its hometown.
