Cae Hir is the creation of Dutchman Wil Akkermans who started off with three fields of rough farmland in 1983. Since then Cae Hir has matured and developed into one of Britain's most highly acclaimed private gardens.
Enjoy breath-taking views of the coastline and see amazing sights including bird colonies, seal haul out areas and, of course, the chance of seeing some of the many bottle nosed dolphins and porpoise. Disabled access is limited and by prior arrangement, please call in advance.
Take a step back in time, on the Heritage Steam Railway. Take the train from Bronwydd Arms through the beautiful Gwili Valley to Danycoed Halt, stop over at Llwyfan Cerrig then travel up to Abergwili Junction, finishing back at Bronwydd Arms.
