Peaceful views from a very well kept site

In nearly 20 years of caravanning this is one of the best CLs we have stayed on. The pitches are well-spaced along the top of a sloping field, where the grass is mown as a lawn with the clippings collected. You do need levelling blocks, but these are thoughtfully provided at each pitch. There are lovely views out to the sea. The substantial fenced dog walk, immediately adjacent, is a mown ‘maze’ between shrubs and small trees. There is free wifi; there are laundry facilities and full recycling provision. Gary and Jane provided a warm welcome, together with local information. The local coast is very attractive with a well-signed coastal path, established about 10 years ago. Our favourite beach was Penbryn, which is reached via a half-mile walk from a National Trust car park. We had an excellent meal out at the 'Pepper Pot' in Newquay, which welcomes dogs. Llainfran

Our first visit to this beautiful site. We met Gary on arrival as he was cutting the grass on our pitch. The whole site was very well maintained. Stunning views from our caravan. Really good recycling and information room. Wi Fi on site. Gary and Jane spent time giving us lots of information on the area. And even the next projects. Looking forward to a return visit.

Fantastic week at Llainfran

This was the second time here and it was probably better than the first time back in 2015. Welcome from Gary was great , the site is kept beautifully with all grass cuttings collected, dog walk and walks from the site to the beautiful coastline, lovely neighbours, great weather (all but one day). Good WIFI included in the price and having laundry facilities was a bonus. We will be back.

A lovely site

Llainfran is an immaculately kept site. The grass is regularly mown (and the clippings collected and removed), the shower is basic but clean with plenty of hot water. From the well-spaced pitches you have a view to the sea. Access to the site could not be easier with a wide opening into the site. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area.
