Why stay here ...

Brookhouse Farm is the perfect family location for CL members. Located in the heart of the Vale of Clwyd, an area of outstanding natural beauty. One and a half miles from the historic town of Denbigh with its famous Castle.

The site is 6 miles away from the A55, the main arterial road to Snowdonia National Park (30 mins) and the Isle of Anglesey or alternatively to Chester (40 mins) Liverpool (50 mins) and Manchester (80 mins). A fantastic location that allows the opportunity to explore the wonders of North Wales and beyond.

The CL is on a one acre site situated next to a main road and with very easy access. With electric hook ups (13 amps) and drinking water located together at each point. A waste disposal point is located within the site. Two public footpaths are within yards of the site and a river. BBQ’s are welcome on site but no ground fires.

The town of Denbigh is only a 3 minute drive away or 20 minute walk. Offering two large supermarkets, independent baker, cafes, newsagents, takeaways, Indian,  Chinese, pizza's, some offering local deliveries, chips shops, pubs and two petrol stations.

A small shop is located within a 5 minute walk from the site selling newspapers and basic daily essentials such as bread, milk, bacon and cakes.

To eat out, within one mile is the superb The Nant Y Felin Restaurant, LLanrhaeadr. Also recently refurbished is The Drovers Arms, less than 1 1/2 miles away. Both have a very good reputation, both on the bus route. Newly relaunched is The Llindir Inn in Henllan definitely worth a visit. In Denbigh there is the excellent Con Amici. A bus stop is also located outside the site with buses passing every hour. Also if you are visiting the area for a wedding, party or other event the site is within reasonable travelling distance from major hotels with a reliable local taxi service.

Denbigh has a golf club with its own club house, bar and restaurant.

For those wishing to visit the sea, beaches can be located within easy travelling distance 15 minutes away.

We also offer Dog Day Care at an additional cost.

Due to increased electrical costs we please ask for no heaters in the awnings.

Each visitor will receive a local information pack.

Philip and Rachel welcome you to our CL site.

Amazing Site

Brookhouse Farm
Just back from 2 weeks on this site. It is a well maintained site, with grass cut and picked up regularly, bins on your pitch emptied often. Got a lovely welcome from the owner Rachel who went above and beyond in her hospitality during our whole stay. I would highly recommend this CL site to anyone wishing to tour the North of Wales as it is soo quiet and peaceful with amazing views over the Welsh Hills. Was sad to find out that the pub across the road was no longer open (family bereavement). But the ice-cream vending machine at the site entrance is a must, it was tasty. If we come back down this way next year we will definately be using this Gem of a Site again. Kind Regards Elaine

Brilliant Site for a stop over or long stay

Brookhouse Farm
After touring Wales coast line we headed in land to find this Gem of a site, easy accessed with good amenities, the grass had been freshly cut and picked up, like parking on some ones front lawn. The site manager came and made sure we were all settled in and everything was ok, something we miss on other sites where the owners don't seem to care if you have arrived on not. I would recommend this site to all my friends.

A lovely stay…

Brookhouse Farm
This is a very well kept site in a very convenient location. Water and dustbins at each pitch, short grass on well drained soil. Owners are so very welcoming and helpful. Walking distance to Denbigh by field paths, and also the bus stops directly outside the gate with regular service to nearby towns. There is also a ‘farm shop’ vending machine here selling very good ice cream, amongst other things! We enjoyed our stay very much. Deserves to do well.

Superb site and location

Brookhouse Farm
Booked in at Brookhouse Farm for 10 nights, whilst there we decided to stay a little longer as the weather was glorious, and luckily they could fit us in. Fabulous site in a good location to travel all over North Wales. Water to each pitch and lovely views. The owners Rachel & Philip are so friendly and helpful. All in all a marvellous holiday and we will definitely go back Thanks Ian & Sue Nixon .
