This site is well suited for motorhomes, caravans and campers, with a variety of facilities to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your time away. As our only Bognor Regis caravan park, you’ll be perfectly situated to make the most of what the town has to offer, while being a short trip away from the historic city of Chichester.

Rowan Park Club Campsite also gives you convenient access to Arun Leisure Centre, home to a fine indoor swimming pool. Must see attractions are Arundel Castle and Chichester Cathedral, whilst the Chichester Festival Theatre offers theatre goers the chance to experience both classical and contemporary plays whilst Arundel hosts a popular Music and Drama Festival at the end of August. You will be well located for Glorious Goodwood in July, Goodwood Revival (September) and the Festival of Speed in June, which means you'll be well located to enjoy a range of events when staying at this campsite in West Sussex. Picturesque Bosham is also nearby and offers a lovely walk along the harbour and pubs within the village. verify traffic noise

Rowan Park Club Campsite
Didn't think that the reviews could be as bad as they were but after spending a few days at Rowan Park I can confirm that the traffic noise throughout the night is unacceptable. As musicians we are used to excessive noise but the sound of exhaust pops and bangs from racing cars on the adjacent roads made this a less than idyllic stay. This is no reflection on the site but I am surprised that no representation has been made to request police attendance at this obvious problem area. We also decided to book a site at Littlehampton but on checking reviews it seems that this site is just as bad with campers suffering the same blight other than that the site is very useful to motorhomes with facilities close by and access to public transport easy

Quiet It Ain't

Rowan Park Club Campsite
First -The plusses- The shower /toilet block are one of the cleanest I have ever been in. The pitches are well spaced out. The wardens are very helpful and the maintenance staff are very friendly. It is easy to access the site from the main road. There are a number of attractions nearby. The minuses- don't arrive a second before your designated arrival time because you will not be admitted. Pick your pitch location wisely because on a morning and an evening and a weekend the noise from the traffic is very loud. The roads become very busy from every direction from 4pm to 6pm every day. It is good value for money

Great location if you want to go to Goodwood

Rowan Park Club Campsite
A lovely site, meticulously kept clean and tidy. Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. In an area where there are several retail parks offering numerous opportunities to eat drink and shop. The site is next door to a nature reserve which is perfect for dog walking. The downside is the noise of the traffic, which being on a junction of two main roads, is constant. This was explained fully on arrival) Hard standing and grass pitches are all maintained well and there are plenty of trees on site if you require more shade. The other point is why they decided to get rid of the waste bins on the site, it is now down by the entrance gate. Have stayed here twice this year to attend both Goodwood festivals which is very handy as it is only six miles away. Chichester has a market on a Wednesday and is a great town, with the famous Ivy Restaurant in the high street. The Weald museum where the repair shop is filmed is worth a visit being not much farther on from Goodwood. There is an Aldi and Lidl with walking distance as well as Macdonalds, KFC and many other shops like Matalan Home Bargains and Halfords. Bognor is a great town and beach a few miles away. All in all a very convenient site.

Just what we wanted

Rowan Park Club Campsite
As part of a 2 week tour of the Jurassic coast we had booked 2 nights at Rowan Park. We decided to travel to the site a day early due to a poor experience on a non CMC site (lesson learned!). I phoned the site to enquire as to the best way to amend my booking and got good advice. We knew the site was next to a busy road (as others have noted, site staff give advice on choice of pitches to reduce the impact of the road noise), but the location was just where we wanted to be in order to visit the Weald & Downland museum (excellent, we would recommend). Our philosophy for this year's trip was to minimise travel on the days we were not moving sites. We had a lovely warm welcome from the site staff, with the gate being opened for us on arrival (It was kept closed for security). Our pitch was fantastic, spacious and level. The site was so calm and relaxed, and peaceful, as it felt removed from the hustle and bustle happening outside the boundary. As there is no play area, there were not very many children, which is rare in the school holidays. Toilet, laundry and wash-up facilities were spotless and the site itself was immaculately kept. A bonus for us was the conservation area right next to site, where we could walk our dog every morning before we headed out for the day. It was clearly used by locals and I met friendly dog walkers each day. I would recommend this site.
