The new App isn’t working for me. I try to log in and all it does is sit there. Must be linked to the new booking system fiasco- anyone else having the same problem?

Rowena surely there must be people in HO that have android  smart phones and tablets it can't be that difficult to get them to install the app and see for themselves how bad it is, I find it so slow its unusable in comparison the CCC app and website is very fast, the people in charge of this should get a grip and sort it.

Its not unusable but the map can be slow. The speed does seem to vary, its better this morning than yesterday. When can we expect CL prices and directions and the ability to save favourites?

It works differently to the web version Arch and is definitley not unusable on my 8 inch Android tablet. Its a struggle on a small phone screen whereas the old App was fine.

What size screen are you using?

Too true!The obvious reason that they are doing nothing to improve the situation is that the "club" has virtually no interest in CLs and by making them hard to research hope that members will just book club sites instead.

My wife is lucky enough to still have the old app on her mobile, I have the new one. We've been researching club sites and CLs in the Dorchester area.

My wife has looked at several CLs and has been reading reviews on her old app whilst my new app is still loading up the map.

This new app is not fit for purpose.

First time on the new app on IPhone , mind boggling. very crowded screen, map not easy to use. Seems to be a bit amateurish and old school. Takes a long time to look at sites and fathom out what’s available. Gave up.
