Another CL Booking Bug.

IT departments all over the world have been upgrading software and migrating data from servers to servers for decades now. This normally happens seamlessly even with huge multinational companies. 

Why then does the CC IT department find carrying out this straightforward procedure on a relatively small IT system so difficult to achieve. ?.

Hope the sites book appears quickly as I cant cope with the web site much of course to the detriment of the poor Cl owners. From reading the previous posts the CC also don't seem to care.

Thank you to everyone for your support, I have just checked the meadows touring park, which appears under Tywyn, Wales.  It looks like we're back on track. Our 5* reviews are back in place just hoping it stays that way and that all the search facility glitches will follow. 😊

They may have had more important underlying issues with the website to sort first. Not suggesting for one moment that  CL's are not important but there may be other elements of the website they need to corrected first before they can effectively move on to correcting the things that have been mentioned here.

What in the business world is more important than your customers. 😔. Enough said, we're just so pleased the cc are making some headway.  

Not sure whether I'm getting the same fault as Gail but for my Greenacres CL I occasionally get the reviews for a Greenacres CL in Norfolk. Not had the problem for a couple of days but have just managed to get it but can't find a way to consistently recreate it.

Hi everyone,

I’m pleased to inform you that the problem with the Meadows CL reviews (and others similarly named) has been resolved. Each of the Meadows’ reviews should be showing correctly now, and the team are working on Greenacres next. Please note that these links need to be amended manually across the board, but we are working on them. This should be fully resolved by next week.

In the next release (which should be live by the middle of next week), we will also have fixes for CLs with similar names all appearing in the dropdown menu (all will now appear instead of just one) and the ‘search by facility’ function will be working correctly.
