Yes, everyone we met was having a good time Brue. One or two were a tad shocked at just how nice the weather was, and the fact that we had been swimming in North Sea, (September) but I suspect for most it was a nice change in a difficult year. Some of the MHs were very large, full of all sorts of kit.

R2B never met AD so he is hardly a buddy but i will keep any eye out for him when in Spain next. Most unlikely to meet him on a Club site.

this has it up sides and down sides, on the site we will be visiting on the 4th May for a couple of weeks, there are a number of camping/tenting fields, the email i received from the site owner said the camping/tenting fields would not be open until approx the 17th May, so in general the site will be fairly quite as will be the indoor swimming pool which i greatly like 
, down sides, no facilities but who cares, I am a big kid at heart and do like a kick around with the kids (small), and I do like the banter you get on a camping field, especially in the evenings, much better than stuck in the white box watching telly but we have many more nights away planned so i am sure we will have a great time.
