After many months of asking (via Customer services) for the IT department to address the 'Adobe Flash Player End of Life' ....in order that members can remove/amend their profile picture....and not one reply received.....I have today made a final request via the 'live chat'.

The agent says she will forward (again) my request to the relevant management team....and In response I have given a weeks grace before I send a note to the DG..   I will keep you informed.

FYI (if not aware)...It is now over a year since Adobe first gave notice that Adobe Flash Player will no longer be supported (EoL) after 31 December 2020...

Finally...The End of Life Adobe Flash Player (which was required to change your profile picture) has been removed from the 'My Profile' section ....changing an avatar is now straight forward...

Thanks to Rowena for taking this forward

Just trying it out now but it hasn't appeared yet....I have pressed refresh but it's still the same.

Still no view of the changed profile. Can anyone else see trees instead of a butterfly?

Got it! I cleared my browsing history/website data and the butterfly vanished. The trees appeared after a couple of refreshes. (Android phone)

PS. Where is that view, Brue?

I just changed mine from this to this, didn't show until I cleared my cache and logged in again. Windows 10.

Yep, now showing Brue

Worked for me on an iPad running iOS 14 point something.

It has only taken 8 years, not been able to change it on iPad before. It can be up to 2 MB rather than the old 500k, which is an improvement.

I'm still seeing brue's butterfly, I'll try logging out clearing my cache and logging in again.

Edit - yes, that's worked! smile
