After many months of asking (via Customer services) for the IT department to address the 'Adobe Flash Player End of Life' ....in order that members can remove/amend their profile picture....and not one reply received.....I have today made a final request via the 'live chat'.

The agent says she will forward (again) my request to the relevant management team....and In response I have given a weeks grace before I send a note to the DG..   I will keep you informed.

FYI (if not aware)...It is now over a year since Adobe first gave notice that Adobe Flash Player will no longer be supported (EoL) after 31 December 2020...

I have changed it again now to something else laughing perhaps Ct can't keep up with me innocent but I had again have to clear my cache, log back in for it to take effect.

Still no view of the changed profile. Can anyone else see trees instead of a butterfly?

Brue if you are using a windows machine try pressing Ctrl and F5.  That works for me.  Also for anyone wishing to changed make sure you have disabled any ad blocker prior to trying.

PS don't forget to scroll down the page and click Save.

I can now see the changed profile after clearing the browser history, it didn't change immediately and I got the "blank face" profile at first. It wouldn't update with f5/refresh.

TW It's a view from Shanklin Chine IOW.

To those skilled in the mystical art of CT profile photos all this info might be OK but for the new and the unaware adding a photo won't be easy.

All it really needs is a statement where you change it, telling you to remember to save after altering and log off and clear your history. Certainly on the iPad it was very straight forward. Touching the change photo button brought up the option to go to my photos. Selecting a photo told me it was 4MB and I needed to reduce it to less than 2MB. Once reduced it went straight in with no issues.
