Hello all

We are in the process of opening our new caravan park. From people experience what is the best/easiest/most efficient booking system that sites use?

All advise and help on this topic will be greatly appreciated.

Thank guys.

Sam

Moderator Comment - Sam as this refers to a CL I will move this to the CL section and close the one you started in the Story Section

Way above what I'd pay on a CL, and even extra if one has a dog!! I won't pay for that on principle, or the quoted price on a CC site either. Plenty of other choise to suit us and our pocket.

And us (charge for dogs is probably to deter people bringing them).   Very telling that it’s not full for the bank holiday at the end of the month - very unusual for what seems to be a popular CL.   Maybe the £30 per night charge is off putting to some.

And a £10 surcharge for single nights. So if we wanted to use it as a stopover, say on a Friday night it'd be just the £37! surprised

Errrrr ....... no thanks!

Looks first class and will be even better when matured a little. At those prices and with those facilities its a great deal better value than a club site with none of the luxury touches, we paid £24.30 earlier this year at Bladon Chains for a bog standard club site.

Really, David? After all you've said about UK prices? And no trees or bushes between pitches! undecided

All very helpful responses. Thankyou guys.

Trees, shrubbery and flowers will be planted in good time. It’s all a work in progress and very much a learning curve. So all suggestions are welcome.

We appreciate all the advise we get and understand that everyone has a very different opinion.

We were highly advised by numerous people (cc members) about minimum 3 night stay. If it doesn’t work it’s all very flexible and can be changed. Thanks again

Regards, Sam
