PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

When copying and pasting text as above details re device etc duplicates text.

On main site, go to UK Holidays, then club sites brings up another page with drop down for search. If 'search by' is chosen and you use drop down menu for 'region', then 'Southern England', the 'County' drop down lists alphabetically starting with Aberdeenshire. Then click 'Bristol' the next box down for 'All Club Sites' shows 'All Club Sites, then lists by region' requiring scrolling to 'Southern England' region and eventually 'Baltic Wharf' the only site in Bristol.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your input on this thread. We are already aware of all of these issues that have been highlighted, and we have scheduled in fixes over the upcoming weeks. Unfortunately I cannot give you exact dates and times, as some things are bound to take longer than others to rectify. Please note that issues with functionality will be prioritised over ‘nice to have’ additions.

Thanks again for your feedback

New Activity Emails have 3 problems:

1. They contain 3rdf party advertising images. While a small amount of advertising is allowable in what is essentially an operational email the actual advert is larger and more prominent than the real content.

2. The text  in the email contains a spelling mistake - "discussion" is spelt "dicussion" in the sentence below:

To unfollow this dicussion visit the discussion page, make sure you are logged into the website and click 'Unfollow'.

 3. The "disclaimer" text at the end of the email is repeated - once is white on green background and once in normal plain text.

How can there be 10 new when there are only 7 posts?

Not being able to edit the post we're quoting from so that we can use just part of the quote is ludicrous .....

Just the same on vista laptop and I suspect no matter which platform. Profile says Clwyd. I choose Flintshire. Flintshire it stays until I log out. Return and it is Clwyd again.
