A relaxing stay

Just returned from 5 nights at Paul and Wendy's CL and it was such a relaxing stay. Access to the site is straightforward and it is reassuringly secure. The level pitching area is large, so outfits are well spaced out. Paul and Wendy were very welcoming. It is an easy walk to RSPB Pagham Harbour and also to the picturesque Sidlesham Quay. There's an Asda not far away and beaches with good water quality at Selsey. It was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend the site.

Peaceful site near to RSPB reserves

Warm welcome from owner. Lovely quiet site with spacious field and information shed. Good location for the RSPB reserves at Medmerry and Pagham Harbour.

A great place to stay

What a great place to stay and a lovely area. Loads to do on your doorstep and loads of room on site. Motorhome owners especially, as there is a bus route every 15 minutes from the main road at the end of the drive. Very welcoming, friendly, helpful and there if needed. At the time we stayed there is building work going on but we didn't find this a problem at all. Will certainly be back next time we are in the area

What a find!!!!

This is the perfect site for a quiet relaxing stay. Paul, Wendy and family are so welcoming, along with the ducks and chickens who pop over to say hello. We have just returned home from a three night stay, we wished we could have stayed longer, cannot fault this site at all. We will be returning many times in the future, this site is a little gem!!!

Excellent site

Good access and very secure gated entrance. Large open field with lots of space for each pitch, for the first time ever our motorhome didn’t need levelling ramps. Paul, Wendy and their family were welcoming and friendly, and have put lots of work into this site in the year they’ve been here. Nice atmosphere with chickens & ducks wandering safely everywhere. Especially good for us with plenty of dog walks directly accessible, particularly when we walked to the excellent Crab & Lobster pub! RSPB nature reserve is good to visit too. Bus stop outside if needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely sunny grass field.

Pagham harbour with fabulous views is an easy walk away and there are cycle tracks close. Buses run to Chichester and Selsey, so no need to use the car. Free range ducks and chickens roam and enjoy popping in for a chat occasionally. Fresh eggs are sometimes available. We will be visiting again (and again probably!)

Lovely Stay

We have recently returned from a 10 day stay and really enjoyed our visit. Entry is by secure electronic gate, intercom contact on arrival, very easy. A very warm welcome and taken to field for quick run down of where everything is. The field is very generous in size with lots of space between pitches. Double EHU on each pitch. The field is flat and very well kept. The water and disposal points are sited just outside the field. RSPB Pagham Harbour is a short safe walk from the site and it is an easy drive to Selsey and many other interesting places. We will be using this site again.

Bigwig Toy Poodle Reports

Great little site. This site is run my a lovely family and has a relaxed atmosphere. I, and my big pal, had great walks direct from site. There is a bridlepath running alongside the site and just out of the site, turn right and get to RSPB Pagham. The reserve is free to enter and open all hours if you need an early stroll. There is also a walk towards Merryman which we did later in the evening. Look our for Basil the goat who seems to be an agility goat. You won't need your alarm as there are hens and cockerels nearby but that is a nice country sound and got my owner up to walk me, so all good. Hope to be back soon.

A lovely CL under new ownership

We stayed here as a last minute choice in July for 5 nights and arrived to a very warm welcome from Wendy, Paul and their family. They had only taken over the property days before and have many plans for the properties as family homes together with improvements planned for the CL. It is set in a delightful meadow with plenty of room for the five grass pitches. If the ground is very wet there are currently places with EHU next to a large barn. This CL is perfect for visiting Chichester, Selsey and the nature reserves close by. There is a bus stop outside the site on the main Chichester/Selsey road. Current price is £18 with EHU. We had concerns about finding it but both sat. nav. and Apple maps took us to the door. Signage is being improved. We look forward to returning over the coming years.
