Beautiful and isolated CL

A quiet well kept CL away from it all. Grass nicely kept and border pleasant on a well ordered farm. Its a good way down the road to the farm so you are well away from noise form 515. Excellent which excels that on many club sites! Some pitches are on a slope but not so much to be annoying but you may need a block under the jockey when on some pitches. The owners are friendly and helpful. They can furnish newspapers or eggs from there free range chicken when available. A part of the Pennine Bridle track which passes right next to the site intersects with the Tissington trial - perfect fro cyclists! About 40 mins walk along the trail (for the amblers - mless for he fit) will get you to Parsley Hey where you can hire a bike (no need to book just turn up ) for £19 for an adult for a day. You can also drive and poark at Parsley Hey or bring you won and go straight from the site. The area is very beautiful - and the villages and hills and dales all around hartington are beautiful - and there are some great puns to grab a meal - but do book in cos they can get busy.~~ Just a warning if you decide to walk to the local pub walk along the trail at the back of the site and turn left at Green Lane to get there (another track) the main road has no pavements and you take you life in you hands when you walk it (we walked there that way via up the approach lane to the farm but decided to return via the the short walk via the trail and Green Lane which was was pleasant and safer,
