Great Example of a Good CL

We used this CL as a base for our first visit to Anglesey...what a great example of good CL. Having all the facilities on each pitch is a real bonus and the shower facility is great, kept very clean and tidy. There is also a great "book swap" facility. The whole site is immaculate and clearly well maintained. Mr Griffiths was really welcoming and friendly and gave us some great local info. Unfortunately we had really bad weather for 3 out of our 4days stay which meant walking our dog from the site was a little tricky as the main road was busy and there was lots of spray from traffic etc, in good weather it would not be an issue. We would have no hesitation in using or recommending this lovely CL

A little gem

This was our first stay on a CL, so we were a little nervous as to what to expect, as we've always stayed on Club sites. We had nothing to be concerned about! What a gorgeous place it is! Access was fine too. We have a large twin axle caravan and there was plenty of space. The pitches all have electric, waste and water. All for £16 per night! (Pitch 5 is best for twin axles) The owner Ian keeps the site immaculate and is a geniunley lovely bloke, we certainly will be visiting again in the near future!

Peaceful

We selected this site as a base to tour Angelsey by bike during a week's holiday. It is an excellent site, large hardstandings with room for our 8m 'van AND the car. Access for a large unit is OK but requires a little care entering and leaving the drive at the road junction. The on pitch water and waste are a nice touch and the toilet/shower was always clean and tidy. Mr & Mrs Griffiths are both welcoming and friendly. The email address given on the listing was incorrect when I used it so phone to book if you don't get a response by email!

Number One CL

We have just spent 3 glorious weeks on the CL. Such a warm welcome from Ian, surrounded by fields with horses and cattle all you could hear were the birds. Lovely setting. We are definately going to return. Toilet and shower kept beautiful clean. Perfect location. Once you have been you will return again and again.

Brilliant site but dont tell everyone

What a beautiful location, peaceful, quiet, unless you find bird song offensive. Owners, Ian and Yvonne are two of the nicest and helpful people you could ever wish to meet and will go out of their way to make your stay better. Pitches and all on site facilities, as we say up Wigan, TOP DRAW, water, electric and sink waste on pitch, hard level standing, just a short walk to chemical disposal and the shower toilet and wash facilities, which I must add are clinically clean. The site overall is immaculately manicured, there is a designated paddock for dog exercise, Meg & Charlie loved it, also dedicated bins for recycling your waste/rubbish. We stayed for just a week 18th to 25th June, have already booked to go back for two more weeks and will definitely be going back again in the future. Access to the site is 12ft wide though if arriving from Marian-glas you have plenty of room to swing into drive, make sure drive is clear as its one way traffic, this is not a criticism purley an observation. We love Anglesey and this is by far the best site we have been on. Congratulation, Yvonne & Ian Regards Les, Sue, Meg & Charlie

A Welsh Jewel

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at this fabulous CL.. Everything about this CL is perfect, it is kept spotlessly clean, the pitches are big and the welcome you get from Yvonne & Ian is second to none. Anyone who loves nature, relaxation and the company of lovely people then this is the CL for you. You will also be welcomed by Marie & Harry Irish Cobb's and not forgetting Brandy a Welsh Cobb, they greeted us ever morning and evening. my guess is that you will have to book A.S.A.P as everyone who has stayed here will return.

First class site in miniature

We stayed for 3 nights in this excellent CL. Ian is a friendly and helpful host. Hardstandings and individual water/drainage services plus tranquil surroundings and a well equipped WC/shower facility make this a perfect choice for Anglesey. Located just inland from Benllech, either a 5 mins drive or a 2 miles walk (but 2 miles uphill on return!) many interesting locations are just minutes away e.g. Benllech, Red Wharf Bay, Moelfre, Beaumaris. We have already booked another long weekend here.
