Just got back home from staying here for 5 nights and WOW 🤩 everything about this beautiful place Is just amazing. Easy to get to, level pitches, The views are to die for, so peaceful and totally relaxing, everything you need on a cl site, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. close to so many beautiful beaches and most dog friendly, everything you need within a short ride, some lovely farm shops cafes and pubs. But the best part is the fabulous hosts Philippa and Mark and of course there gorgeous fury friends, llamas, miniature shetlands, sheep, donkeys, chickens, cockerels, and not forgetting their gorgeous dogs, o and Daisy (I think that was her name 🐮) where you can rest your legs and take in the view of their beautiful farm especially the stunning cottages you can also rent to stay in they are fabulous. Philippa and Mark can’t do enough for their guests, if you need anything it wouldn’t be any problem at all for them they are fabulous, Mark even took mum a run round in his little jeep (again I think that’s what it was 😄) and brought her some delicious welsh cakes 😋. I could go on forever but you really need to go to appreciate this gem, my favourite by far. Thank you both for an amazing and welcoming stay. 🥰
Peaceful Retreat
Friendly hosts and a great CL being level well spaced hard standing pitches in the beautiful green countryside.
An ideal location to explore the mid Wales coast and countryside.
Outstanding and well organised.
Lovely site, well organised, field to walk the dogs, waste points clean tidy and well set up.
Came organised with green fluid as requested.
Owners helpful. Views across the countryside, not far off the main road and easy to find.
Hard standing pitches and level so very easy to setup on arrival. Could not ask for more. I think we will visit again in the future.

High standard CL
This is a high standard CL. Everything is neat, clean and well organised. There is wifi. The hard standings are very spacious and ideal for use all the year round. It is a good base for exploring the area and there are lovely views from the site.

Expensive but beautifully kept
This site is everything others have said: quiet, peaceful, well maintained and with large flat delineated hardstandings. We had trouble finding it, however, as we used the directions from the QR code on the CLbooking website, and they took us to the wrong place, which necessitated reversing up, not something we enjoy. Phillipa was very thoughtful and came out to the road to indicate the entrance once we did get to the right place.
One thing which needs to be mentioned. Having booked and paid the deposit in January, we were surprised to receive an email only 48 hours before we were due to arrive which informed us that the price had increased from £20 to £25 and therefore the balance was now X. Whilst we are fully aware that electricity and other services have increased in price, it seemed a bit poor to tell us with so little notice. And a £5 increase on a non serviced pitch in summer seemed a bit over the top.

Beautiful location, close to many coastal highlights
We stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed. The site is kept in excellent condition and the 5 pitches are a very good size and all level. Facilities are in great condition.
It's a working farm but there are also petting animals in the farmyard, especially the llamas and Cilla the (black!) sheep.
Great location for all the coastal highlights from Cardigan to Aberystwyth, and recommend visiting Aberporth, Aberaeron and Llangranog. New Quay is also great outside of the school holidays.
Great relaxing break and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
A slice of heaven
We stayed on this site for 5 days and what a beautiful peaceful place it is, the pitches are all very large, level and tiered to optimise the views which are breathtaking ,the facilities are spotless and the hosts are amazing...We were shown around their farm and got to see all the animals, a treat for anyone especially children. It is close to many lovely dog friendly beaches and the shops are not too far away.
We will definitely be back again next year
Only sound was birds and sheep
Lovely peaceful site. Extremely well kept and spacious. Made to feel very welcome by the owners. Nice views. Enjoyed wandering round the farm looking at the sheep, alpacas, donkeys, goats, chickens etc. We will definitely come back here.
FABULOUS
we have visited many sites over our caravanning years and stayed at some amazing places but have to say Cefnllaethdre is one of the best, Shaun and i had a great time, the site itself is stunning, the owners Phillippa and Mark made our break one of the best we have had, 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet, 2nd only to the baby lambs and pony's the donkeys coming a close 3rd, the weather was great, the area is hard to beat for places to go, we can not wait to go back later in the year, loved it xxx
HIGHLY Recommend!
Phillipa and Mark were AMAZING! We called late afternoon to try and get a pitch and Phillipa was more than helpful - i explained we had an issue at the last place due to someone parking up against us but she was understanding and helped us alot! the pitches were nicely spaced with all facilities you need! there was an amazing range of animals that you could see and even get very close to mini Shetland ponies! once we arrived both Phillipa and Mark came and greeted us, we found out they actually used to live near where we are from so had a good chat! felt so at home and comfortable right away, we only stayed one night but it was lovely to wake up and see what was surrounding us- views for miles it was BEAUTIFUL! i would for sure go back if in the area and stay longer! thank you both so much!
