Superb

As you drive into this immaculate site you know that you are in for a treat. A warm welcome from Val and Andrew and their wealth of knowledge, the fully service pitches and of course the stunning views over Dufton Fells. We chose Croft Ends as we wanted to walk High Cup (so good we did it twice in 4 days) . Plenty of information brochures of the local area in the info room. Site easy to find being a couple of miles from the A66. Local pub in in Brampton excellent value and has a French Chef. Have already voted Croft Ends as our CL of the year. Will definitely return later in the year

4 lovely days

We have just arrived home having had a 4 night stay at croft ends farm cl. We mostly choose to stay at club sites so this was a change for us. What a lovely experience we had the site and farm are immaculate and the owners welcoming but not intrusive. The views are wonderful and it is possible to walk to the nearby pub for good food. We will certainly be back.

5 STAR

Booked for three nights and stayed for six.  Best CL we have stayed at, fabulous views, walking and pubs plus we saw The Fellsman on the Settle to Carlisle line and crossed the Ribbleshead Viaduct!

Spring Bank Week

Just returned from a week on this wonderful CL. Well planned so all pitches has a wonderful view. Site is immaculate , toilet clean , grass cut. Pitches are a good size with the benefit of own tap / waste. Highly recommended

Did Anyone Mention the Views?

Great site for our first proper trip as motor caravanners. Valerie was really helpful, as were the other guests we made friends with. Really large level hardstanding pitch, each with tap, EHU and grey waste drain. The toilet/washroom was kept clean. Good walks directly from the site, and the local pub was very close with great fresh cooked food. We'd highly recommend this site, and we'll be back. By the way, did we mention the glorious views from our windows!

Fabulous Views

This CL site is a little gem. Val welcomed us on arrival and was very informative. The pitches are a good size, level and fully serviced. The site is very well kept and the surrounding views are fabulous. The area is beautiful and our stay was very pleasant. We have already booked for a return visit.

Great View

We had a lovely stay at this CL, Mrs Bellas was wonderful and it's in a great location for walking and cycling and very near Appleby itself. We will be going back for sure.

Pennine view........... and some

Excellent welcome and all facilities fully explained. Serviced pitch always a bonus but less so for a two night stay. Very slight occasional very low level road noise from A66 but only just noticeable and not an issue for us. Views to the east absolutely superb. Good network of footpaths including those leading to Dufton and the pub there which does excellent food at very competitive prices. Good range of real ales also. Cycling in vicinity also excellent on quiet roads and for Cumbria not too hilly! Access from A66 easy on wide roads.

Relaxing break

Just had 5 nights at this CL and thoroughly enjoyed them. Warm welcome and van sited for us, was a great help. The views are excellent and we could have spent all day enjoying them. All pitches have hook up, water & waste which is brilliant. We visited most of the lakes while there, and a few pubs. The kings arms in Temple Sowerby was probably our favourite for food, the New Inn, which is the one you can walk to is friendly, but we waited nearly an hour for our food, which spoiled it a tad. Overall our break was lovely, and we will return to this CL Stuart & Audrey
