HAPPY CL SITE

Have been to this site a number of times and always had a very good welcome and a cupa , owners Paul and Mandy are lovely people and do there best make sure you are happy. It seems a lot of people are repeat visitors and mix well together day and evening. there is a dog walk close by and shops in Sutton on sea and a local pup with nice food in the village. The site is kept tidy and everything a caravaner needs is on site.good tv reception too. We will be going back as soon as we can as we love this site.

Great Site and Owners

We arrived without any problems in finding the site. Immediately welcome by Paul and Mandy. Site allocated and Paul reversed caravan between markers. Shortly after, whilst setting up, a cup of tea arrived and plenty of information given. The site is tidy and well maintained. The toilet was excellent in standard and cleanliness. We enjoy sites near the sea and this one is 2 miles away, with good parking and sandy beaches for miles in either direction. For the fishing folks, there are about 300 plus carp fry and a good stock of different species of carp, some very big indeed. You only have to walk 50 yards to the edge of the pond/lake. Two other guests did catch fish. Good site for seeing NT sites, windmills and some lovely villages and settings. Weather disappointing but still had a good time. Well recommended.

WARM WELCOME

A warm welcome from Paul and Mandy. We stopped here for a week (Whitsun Week). Very helpful and informative about the area for both walking and cycling. The site is well maintained and is quiet, over looking fields.

Great site

Very friendly welcome and 6 night stay at this Cl.The grass site is well kept and is mainly level and is well drained.The water fill and waste points are handy to all 5 places which are well spaced and views over the adjacent field nice. The sea front is a good walk if you have dogs or just want a walk to a nice beach. Towns near by have all you will need but we used a supermarket in Skegness and Sutton on Sea. Sutton is a nice little town with good fish and chips. We will return. David and Linda..

a wonderful 1st C L experience

Paul and Mandy welcomed us with enthusiasm and helpfulness.A lovely little site for a restful weekend getaway,lovely to see and hear all the birds,will certainly visit again

Excellent CL

A warm welcome on arrival and assisted with locating the pitch. Pitches are all around the edge of the site. The owners were very friendly and informative on the local area. The site is quiet and peaceful and it has clean amenities. Nice walk to the beach, 2 miles down quite lane. I will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely site

Lovely well kept site. Our second visit here. Very friendly owners. Site in lovely area plenty of beach to walk the dogs . Will definitely be back again .

cracking little cl site

what a gem of a site never stopped on a cl site before so decided to book for a long weekend with hubby and 3 dogs lovely site the owner was very helpful on arrival showed us everything we needed to no even told us about a good chippy in sutton on sea .. only 5 min drive from a lovely beach and you dont hve to pay parking will be going back to this site again next year ......

A little gem

We were met by Paul who gave a very warm and friendly welcome, took us to our pitch and pointed out the facilities, he also made us a cuppa while we got set up. The site is immaculate with well cut grass and spotless toilet. It is the perfect base for the Lincolnshire coast and surrounding countryside. The only down side to our stay was we couldn't stay longer due to hay making. We will return.

A Site of Note

A very warm welcome received on arrival from Paul. Information in abundance. Well maintained site. Toilet very clean, hand towels and soap provided Excellent for the coast 5 mins by car straight onto the sand. No parking fees. 3 mile walk on the beach to Sutton on Sea Dogs delight no restrictions on the beach till almost in Sutton. Pubs dog friendly. In all a great place to stay.( Do remember No ground sheets allowed) Will be back
