Great CL

A lovely caravan club Cl. Grounds well maintained. Very peaceful site. Toilet and showers very clean. Visited the international bomber command centre about 10 minutes drive away. Electric on meters easy to read, 10 units included in pitch price per night which was plenty for us. Will definitely visit again.

Fab, Fab, Fab CL

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay on this beautiful, well maintained CL owned by Les and Barbara. We had some really nice chats with Les and he was so friendly. They work really hard keeping the CL looking like it does. Showers are 50p and well worth it and are super clean and very roomy, as are the toilets. We would highly recommend this CL and we will definitely be back. Thank you Les and Barbara was a lovely stay, we was sorry to leave. Thank you Julie and John

CL Debut

Made our CL debut and what a smashing site it is . Lovely peaceful well cared for location . Short stroll to river and regular bus route to Lincoln ( every half hour ) . Friendly hosts immaculate shower / toilets and bonus of a flyover by Red Arrows . Will definitely return and given us the impetus to try Certified Locations again .

A new Favourite!

A real gem of a site run by a lovely couple. Peaceful and rural yet only 5 miles along a great canalside cycle track into the heart of Lincoln. Very reasonably priced, will return as soon as we can!

Excellent choice

Our first visit to Lincoln but will definitely visit again and choose this campsite. Les and Barbara were so helpful, friendly and relaxed. This site is peaceful and quiet. Bathroom facilities very clean and well maintained. Bus stops just a short way from the site. Lincoln is a lovely city and the people are so friendly and willing to chat and offer advice etc. A very pleasant few days.

Five star site

One of the best CL sites we have been on in forty years of camping and caravanning. Site was clean and well maintained. Barbara and Les were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were able to do lots of walking and cycling directly from the site to explore the local vicinity and easy access via bus to Lincoln. We hope to return again

Return visit after many years

After staying on club sites over the past few years, we ventured back to a CL. Chose Diamond House as it's fairly close to home (Grimsby), and we had visited it before, although many years ago. We were really pleased we did so, mainly due to a lower outlay, in terms of both fuel and site fee. Les welcomed us at the gate, and gave us a choice of several pitches, all good, but our decision was based on the position of the evening sun! Facilities were excellent, as was the recycling area. Electricity was metered, but an allowance is included in the fee. We didn't skimp on our normal use, and ended up £5 over which was fine by us, in the course of our four night stay. The meter was easily accessible and easy to read, so we knew what we'd used when we checked, after two nights. Fiskerton is ideally located to visit Lincoln and the surrounding visitor attractions. We visited the International Bomber Command Centre, and the Museum of Lincolnshire Life. Also had a run to Clumber Park, and walked round the lake. There are several OS walks in the Fiskerton area. We did a short circular walk to Fiskerton village, and back along the River Witham. Next visit we plan to walk to Lincoln along the river bank, and return to the site by bus. If you're interested in model railways, Les had an incredible layout and collect of models, which he was happy to show me (and anyone who asks). Would recommend this site as being well kept, tidy, with a welcoming host.

Lovely CL close to Lincoln but in quiet rural location.

We stayed here for 4 nights in June 2023. The CL has both grass and hard-standing pitches (which are huge) and is in a beautiful, quiet rural location. There is also an adjacent private small site by the same owners who don't mind whether you choose to set up on the CL or the private part (subject to space, of course). Toilet and shower facilities were good and clean For Cyclists, the site has immediate access to Sustrans Route 1 with easy almost totally flat ride to Lincoln (5 miles), Woodhall Spa (12.5 miles) and beyond to Boston. The owners made us very welcome on arrival; they can suggest places to visit during your stay. The local bus service to Lincoln stops within 50 metres of the site entrance and Historic Lincoln (Cathedral and Castle) are worth a visit. Louth (some 30 mins drive away) is also worth a visit (ask about market days). We also visited Gainsborough Old Hall (again, some 30 mins drive) is English Heritage and which was very interesting but Gainsborough doesn't offer very much else. It was our first trip to this part of the country but would not have any reservations about recommending Diamond House CL as a suitable place for a relaxing stay.

Brilliant CL !

Just back from 5 nights here with friends and it was lovely, as always! Les & Barbara go out of their way to make visitors welcome without being at all intrusive. We’ve been coming here for lots of years and still enjoy it, we love the walk to Washingborough, trip to Lincoln on the Bus, (stops right outside too!) Their local Pub, the Carpenters Arms, is good and there are lots of local places to visit locally. We wish them a long & happy retirement, and hope the site keeps open! Cheers Alan & Jan Cooper + Dave & Maureen Wainwright.( ps - thanks for your help with my ‘phone too)
