lovely working farm great views and very peaceful

lovely working farm great views and very peaceful very friendly owners we had a problem with our jockey wheel so the allowed to pitch up with out unhooking the van next morning the owners son (mike I think ) came over and tried to help out with our problem very nice people We will return

Very welcoming good rates, not greedy, would visit again No charge for awning, pitches well spaced not regimented

lovely place BUT..........

We booked early and were told that we would be placed further up the road at Mrs Davison`s son`s house and were told that we would have the grass area to ourselves.On arrival ,there were other caravans pitched on the small grass area , next to the busy farm yard, the septic tank was close by.Every morning we were awoken by noisy farm machinery ( 7.15 am )as well as tractors and cars passing. Please check that you are booked on the C L and not on the annex.Will we return? Only to the CL field! The area is lovely, people friendly and food great.Try Alnmouth beach!.
