Ideal site for a short break

This is a lovely, basic site. We stayed for 2 nights in January and found it ideal for a short break. Easy to find, spacious entrance, hard standing available, lovely view and the bonus of the garden centre for the cafe or shopping. David the owner was very friendly and helpful, always available and nothing was too much trouble. There is a road right next to the site but we didn't find it too busy and it was perfect for access to lots of places of interest. Definitely a worth while site to visit.

Agree with all good reviews. A great site. Owner particularly helpful - with his contact we were able to correct an electrical problem at very little cost. Will visit again.

Motorhome tourers

Apr 2021 - 3 nights Great site, all exactly as described. Lovely bike rides and walks from the site. Shop is great for fresh fruit, veg and delicious cakes and locally made ice cream - wish we’d stocked up more. The site is by the road but if falls totally quiet overnight and we weren’t kept awake at all. Owner is v friendly and helpful. Fantastic little site.

Yet another enjoyable stay

We visit this site at least 3 or 4 times a year and have always been made welcome by the family. The owners David and Jennifer always make time for a friendly chat. There is now a cafe in the garden centre which serves delicious food and proper tea in a a teapot. The site is well placed for Framlinghan, Woodbridge, Aldeburgh, Southwold and Ipswich. Would thoroughly recommend this site if visiting Suffolk.

Lovely site

Just had another relaxing few days on this site. Well maintained and very friendly. Have been several times and will be back again.

Great weekend

Great weekend, if only the weather could always be this good in September!! This a great site, central to lots of nice places to visit. Dave and staff very welcoming, only down side is road noise, but as we have been there 3 times now it can't be too bad. Many thanks

Enjoyable stay

Had a really great weekend at end of August BH. Site is excellent and really appreciate extra security of the gate. Small drawback is road noise which was probably worsened by it being a busy weekend on the roads. Immaculately clean though moles had enjoyed themselves:-) Would be happy to return but think we would try to pitch further from road side. Thanks for a nice weekend

Clean and tidy and handy for all day trips to discover the real Suffolk The garden centre stock all local produce which is ideal for the BBQ we had Smashing friendly people!!!

Well Worth a Look

My Husband I and two dogs have just had a 2 day stay at this CL. It is very well maintained, the owner David and all the staff at the garden centre were very welcoming and helpful. The garden centre and local produce shop was a bonus. There is a little circular dog walk which they have created about 20 meters away from the van which was ideal for me with a 11 week old puppy and a 3 year old dog. The views were lovely and he ground was very firm suitable for motor homes. The only slight draw back is it is very close to the road with some noise which may bother some but we didn't mind. There area is very central and good for touring Suffolk. We will definitely go back there again.

Excellent Site

We had a lovely stay at this site and it was immaculate we were welcomed by the owner and he was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.
