Perfection!

As others have already said, this site is a gem. We came here on the recommendation of these reviews, and we were not disappointed. The site could not be better. We would go so far as to say it is one of the best we have stayed on in 30 years. If we were to gripe it would be that the access road is narrow for large units but the site owners can't do anything about that. Just be mindful to arrive/depart out of peak work/school times, and you will meet hardly any traffic (if any).

Well kept site

A lovely well kept site with fully serviced pitches and hard standings.  We only stayed for a weekend and as we have two dogs we spent both days walking on Old Hunstanton beach.  We are in a motor home and found a superb car park in Hunstanton (PE36 5AR) only minutes away from the beach for £6.50 all day.  There are plenty of other places to visit in this area so we will be back.

Didn't want to leave

We have just returned from this great CL, (well we were in the private site next door). Our pitch was hard standing and fully serviced. The view was beautiful over looking the fields, where ever morning we were able to watch the local wildlife roaming from our pitch. There are plenty of walk ways to walk with our dog with views over to the sea. We spent 2 days at Old Hunstanton beach, with parking £3.50 for a whole day we could walk for miles and not worry about the time.  I really didn't want to come home........??

Undiscovered Gem

Just returned from this gem of a cl. Not only are the pitches fully serviced, but the owner has been very busy over the winter months and turned them into hard standing to.  Immaculately kept cl by the owner who obviously takes a lot of pride in his site. We shall return for the peace and tranquillity the cl offers and the many places of interest to be visited.

Great CL

This is an excellent CL and is well maintained by the helpful owners. The fully serviced pitches are a real boon. Satelite TV reception is OK clear of the site's trees. Whilst the site access is good (we have a large twin axle caravan) the lane between the main road and the site is single track and you hope no large vlehicle is coming the other way. This review is based on the main CL location.as the owners do have another area nearby adjacent to their caravan storage facility.

Haven of calm

Our third visit to this site.  Very helpful owners who are there if you need them.  Immaculately kept site. Easy access to Hunstanton, Sandringham, Heacham etc.  Loved Old Hunstanton and Holme.  Hope to return next year.

Can't complain...

We were on the 'overflow' site adjacent to the CL. Difference is uneven ground, no open view but a £1 pn cheaper. Blocks are available though to level caravan, and it is a lawned area which is kept short by the welcoming and helpful owner. Pleasant enough site with plenty of space between units. Thought the fees were a bit on the high side considering there's no loo or shower, but it is in a holiday hot-spot. Great network of country lanes through pretty villages for cycling...

Peaceful site

This location has 2 sites and we ended up on the public site which had more character than the CL site. It was very sloping however the owner had lots of blocks for us to use. The site did not have a toilet or shower block so your caravan needs to be "self contained". Access is up a quite lane but is wide enough for a caravan. Owner was friendly and the site was immaculately kept.

Excellent CL

This CL made a wonderful base for exploring the area. Good to have fresh water supply and grey water disposal to all pitches - next time we'll bring some longer waste pipe to take full advantage! Lovely peaceful site with spacious pitches. We enjoyed a good evening meal at the Coach & Horses in Dersingham and joined in with the weekly pub quiz - good fun. Visited Old Hunstanton, Snettisham bird reserve, Wolferton Station and the Sandringham Estate - all nearby. Will definitely return.
