Very welcoming.

Temporary owners were very welcoming and helpful. Site was clean and tidy with well kept toilet/showers. Quite a small site, flat grassed area sheltered by trees. Light noise from the road but otherwise peaceful. Dogs welcome on site. Coastal resort of Mablethorpe a short drive and Theddlethorpe beach is lovely with free parking. Defiantly will visit again, hopefully weather will be kinder next time!

Bank holiday weekend stay

This was our first stay on a caravan club site and we couldnt believe how nice it was. We were given a lovely welcome the owner was most helpful. The site was so peaceful. The site was nice and flat, grass kept lovely and everywhere was so clean. The toilets and showers were spotless and very roomy plenty of space to keep your clothes dry while having a shower. We straight away booked to visit again. Have recommended to friends

Great site, will definitely stay again.

This was our first overnight since buying our camper and we couldn't have chosen a better site. The owner is extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble, he even offered to lend us some bicycles! The facilities are spacious and very clean. The site is well kept and peaceful. Loved walking to the quiet beach and pretty church. Will definitely return.

Ticks all the boxes!

As other reviewers have said very warm welcome, very clean and tidy site, one night there was only us and one other van so we had plenty of space, we loved it and so did our dog! Went on local beach and hardly saw a soul, she loved it and also playing with dogs on site, Malcolm very welcoming, didn't meet his wife and sadly didn't  say goodbye as we couldn't make any one hear us when we left so if you're reading this Malcolm thank you! would certainly recommend.

what a great little site. The owner, Malcolm couldn't was friendly and helpful, even offering us the use of his bikes! The site is kept in pristine condition with clean and roomy showers/toilet block. Very near to the sea and sand dunes. Lovely pub across a field footpath called The Kings head in neighbouring Theddlethorpe all Saints. We will certainly visit this site again and definitely recommend it but please, don't tell everyone!!

a great cl

A warm and helpful greeting from the owner, always goes down well, I can't believe someone would slate the toilets showers, This is a cl site 5 units max, this guy provides a ladies and a gents toilet /shower for £10 a night, he also keeps the grass short, clips the hedges and every where is spick and span, He also provides facility to wash your caravan, nothing is too much trouble. If you like peace and quiet there is a almost deserted beach just down the lane, take Brick lane, and not Sea lane as sign posted . Mabelthorpe is only a couple of miles away if you want a typical British seaside. Bus stop outside but buses only run infrequently to Louth. what a shame it only has 6 amp electric supply makes you think before you plug in Would recommend if you want some where quiet, we'lll be back

Peaceful Place to Relax

This is a gem of a place and very calming. Both my hubby and me felt really at peace on this site and stayed for a lot longer than had booked for. The owners were very welcoming and warm towards us and cant wait to return in August 2014. Met some great friends on the site called Elaine & Keith who were a good laugh and great people to be around. See you all soon. Julie & Colin
