Excellent holiday base
What a lovely site - pitched on grass in the farm orchard, behind a sheltering wall. The site is less then a mile from the A92, and is handy for exploring the area from Montrose to Aberdeen. There are also an abundance of walks around the farm paths if you want a lazy day.
The site is flat, and has a water supply and a toilet drain. Everything we needed. No traffic noise, no disturbances - just peace and quiet.
I expect we will be back to explore more of the area another time.
