Superb Site

The best CL we have stayed at! Sylvia & Andy were really friendly and helpful-home made cakes were very welcome. Site just as advertised-would be enhanced by WiFi & as we were leaving this was being installed! Site really well maintained. Ideal for a new puppy's first caravan holiday. We will be back.!

One of the best!

Very close to Ely, in a small village but surrounded by fields, very peaceful, owners friendly and helpful. Mr told us about some great walks with the dogs from the site, Mrs brought us fairy cakes! Clean and tidy as well, nice info shed. Would definitely return and recommend!

An Excellent CL

We arrived to a lovely warm welcome including a cup of tea and a homemade cake. The site has easy access and plenty of space. The owners could not have been more helpful and the facilities were very well looked after. We could not have asked for a better CL, indeed our children think it is the best site they have been to. We have already booked again.

Five Star CL

What a real gem this site is. Very nice and roomy, slightly sloping paddock with well mown grass in a pleasant area and with top rate facilities to boot. Good shower and loo, kept spotlessly clean, plenty of taps and electric points, good recycling and waste arrangements, good chemical emptying and grey water points. You can't ask for more and you can't get a warmer welcome anywhere. Andy & Sylvia have just about thought of everything! The coffee and cakes on arrival were most welcome and a very pleasant surprise. The site is superbly situated for easy access to Ely, by local bus (stop just yards away), by car (car parks are free) or on foot (a good 40 minute walk - footpath all the way). A return visit certainly beckons.

A fantastic site

We have just returned from a long weekend at Heatherbield. What a fantastic site. The owners were very friendly, welcoming us with a cup of tea and cupcake! The shower/toilet facilities were spotlessly clean and the site was close to Ely and an easy drive into Cambridge. Thank you Andy, Sylvia and family - we shall return.

A great CL

Just back from 3 nights here. One of the very best CL's we have visited. Perfect for visiting Ely, the Cathedral, museums and waterfront etcetera. Bus into the City stops right outside. Very clean facilities and a friendly welcome with cookies! Thank you Mr and Mrs Meek.

THE BEST CL.

This CL is without doubt the best one that I have ever visited. It is in a good location close to Ely and the on site facilities are second to none. The toilet and shower facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I would definately give this CL 11 out of 10.

What a fantastic site 10/10

We received a very friendly welcome by the owners with coffee and cupcakes! The site is everything the other reviews have said - well kept, spotlessly clean toilet and shower, recycling and best of all for our doodle Ronnie, he was allowed free reign off the lead, provided he was under control. What a great weekend we had and will most definitely be back.  Ely is lovely too!  Well done to the Meek family!

Short city break

Having read the reviews for this site we can only add a comment that this is one of the top 2 sites which we would have no hesitation in recommending. We have been to numerous CLs and this one is ideal. Plenty of space, water tap nearby, clean toilet and shower facilities and so handy for Ely town centre. We were there for 3 nights but wished we could have stayed longer. Only wish we lived nearer! Well done the Meeks.

Great site

This site is close to Ely and many other places of interest. Just one of the best I have been to this year. If your in the area, this is the one to use. 10/10.
