Beautiful place

Stayed 3 nights early July. What a beautiful place to stay. Large, flat pitches. Water and drainage on each pitch. Very peaceful. Friendly owner. Couldn't ask for more. We'll be back before long.

Stay with caution

Booked this site on Thursday for a quite Saturday night stay. Lovely site, nice facilities about 1 hour walk from the beach but along busy roads, good eating pub within 15 minutes walk, good sized pitches. However, owners had a party Saturday evening which increased in volume as the Karaoke kicked in. 01.45AM karaoke noise still belting out, no thought whatsoever to the guests on the site. No advance warning when we booked two days prior or when we booked in on Saturday lunchtime. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere. Five hours of karaoke is not what we paid for total disregard to the paying guests. No refund or apology.

This CL is amazing, large pitches, own water tap and waste pipe. We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Very friendly site and really close to blackpool. Spotlessly clean and friendly owner. Toilets and showers were lovely, couldn't ask for more, will be back, thank you

Great wee quiet site Ideally situated for Blackpool and St Annes

Great wee site. Pitches are a bit small so if you have an awning then you need to park your car in front of your caravan. Water and grey water waste can be connected directly to your caravan. Which is a great bonus. Just 1/4 mile from bus stop, which takes you right to town centre. Only slight disruption was when one of the other caravanners, who did not appreciate a local cat wandering into his open awning, became quite vocal (at 10.30pm!). The owner came out though and calmly diffused the situation.

Pleasant, convenient site

Access fairly easy off Division Lane, but swing over to right hand side of lane before turning into site on left. Good size hardstanding for caravan and awning. Grass between pitches. Car has to be parked at front of van if you have a caravan and awning and it can then be awkward reversing to get out of the site. On recent stay there was noise from the cottage at the entrance to the site being renovated. Pleasant outlook from caravans on to lawned area, then the owner's garden. Easy to walk up Division Lane for dog walks. There appear to be a couple of seasonal pitches in addition to the five on the CL as there were seven caravans on site. Two bathrooms, each with toilet and shower, although one shower was broken. Not the tidiest bathrooms, but kept very clean and well supplied with soap, toilet roll and paper towels. Easy access from site by car to St. Anne's, Lytham and Blackpool. The lawned area is great for children's games and the surrounding lamps light up at night, which is lovely. As with any site, we would prefer it if parents didn't let their children play with hard footballs close to caravans and cars, but this only happened a couple of times during our visit. Owners are friendly and live on site, but will leave you to enjoy your holiday! Yes, we will go back as it is a pleasant, convenient site.

Great site

We spent 4 nights at this lovely quiet site, full service pitch including electric £60 for 4 nights amazing,,,no emptying or filling of water made a brilliant change for us as we hadn't been on a serviced pitch before,,the showers were 50p for 4 mins plenty long enough,,it was the most peaceful site we have ever been on,,easy to reach Lytham and Blackpool,,the owners were seen pottering about but didn't bother us,,we will definitely return if just to see the odd bi plane taking off from Blackpool airport,,we would recommend without a doubt, ,
