Great site if you like a quiet spot and to feel away from it all. The ground was wet when we arrived and whilst some of the ground slopes it remained hard so we were OK to drive on to the top pitch with our quite heavy motorhome. Lovely view.
Welcoming and so helpful!
Our first night at Kimberley was with our grandson, such a beautiful area and so much to do it was a shame we could not stay longer! Kay is so welcoming and so helpful! The site although slightly sloping is quiet and so spacious.
I came to stay again with my daughter this time to attend a gig at the castle and again Kay and her husband were so helpful, we had a wonderful time and it was lovely to be staying so close to the venue!
Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

What a great little find. Large pitches plenty of room to spread out. Lovely and quiet, great views and not far from Beaches for children great dog walks as well. Will certainly be back. Kathy a lovely person no pestering leaves you to just enjoy to your holiday but always on hand if needed.
Great location for Dawlish Warren
We've just stayed at Kimberley for a week .I'd highly recommend this site for the location, views and tranquillity. We stayed in the top pitch which had lovely views and frequently saw the deer in the nearby fields. We've stayed at lots if cl sites in the past and this one is a great find !

So Very Relaxing!
We decided to take a spur of the moment trip to Devon, when we found ourselves turning up at Kimberly looking for a pitch for the night. We met Kathy the owner very warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble and let us look around the CL and choose our pitch. Well after a very peaceful night in such quiet relaxing surroundings we decided to stay another. The pitches do slope but Kathy does provide more than ample pieces of wood to enable a good level position. Electricity is available as is water, recycling, rubbish and an elson point.
Thank you Kathy for a wonderfully peaceful stay.
We will definitely back.
Peace, perfect peace!
Just got back from a week at Kimberley. Met by Kathy with a friendly welcome soon after arrival.Lovely spacious site, sloping but levelling not a problem. Very peaceful. Access a little tight for larger outfits. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with easy access to Dawlish and Torbay towns beyond. Highly recommended.
Peace & quiet with lots of space
We stayed here for 7 nights in late June with our caravan.
The site is a short way off the main road but was very quiet and peaceful most of our stay. Kathy was a great communicator and gave us suggestions of places to visit in the area.
The site slopes down from the entrance but pitches are pretty level, 3 at the bottom of the field and 2 others up the hill, one on a level terrace and one on a slight slope which we used and levelled the van very easily.
There are great views over adjacent farmland.
Pitches have tv cables, although we got a great signal on our aerial.
EHU points were easily accessed and there are taps at top and bottom of the site.Grey water is allowed to run into the side.
The owner has introduced metres electric this year and its worked out very well at about £2 per day for us.
It was a great location for getting to seaside towns and we got the train from Dawlish Warren to Paignton, getting off and visiting Torquay & Teignmouth on the way back, just £14 for 2 returns.. so a cheap day out too
There is a large Sainsburys with a fuel station within a mile... so easy to get all the fresh food shopping done.
All in all a very enjoyable week and we will definitely be back.

Nice rural location with pleasant views, easy access to river exe estuary.
Well kept site , helpful friendly owners. Would definitely use again.
Great weekend
Just returned from a long weekend at Kimberley.Warm welcombe from Kathy. Site is immaculate and superb views.Field is tucked away from what is only a bye road so no noise to speak of.We were on the top pitch nearest the road .Just down the road (5 min walk) is Dawlish country park where you can exercise your dog and walk right accross into Dawlish Warren .All off road or on pavements. We will be back
A lovely view!
A lovely welcome from the owners on arrival. The site is sloping but the top and bottom can easily be levelled with ramps. The views are fabulous and the site is very peaceful. Facilities are all good, with nearby water, bins, chemical emptying and EHU.
For us, in our large motorhome (8m) access was a little too tight as we like to come and go.
Lovely wildlife to watch from the site- the birds and pheasants were a joy to watch.
Thank you.
