Relaxing 2 nights

A lovely couple of nights staying mid May. We were able to come onto the site early, site flat with generous pitches, able to pitch anyway you desired,. The facilities were clean and the owner was welcoming and helpful.

Peaceful site with generous pitches

Had an enjoyable couple of nights in mid April '23 on this peaceful site with generously spaced pitches at Long Acre Farm. The simple facilities were spotless. The owners are helpful, they let us stay a couple of extra hours when we needed to call out a technician to fix a fault. Like other reviews we did not find the proximity of the railway line (which is in a cutting) intrusive, it did not disturb our sleep.

Another great stay

Another nice 4 night stay at this lovely peaceful CL. Suffered a little with soggy grass due to the long wet March/April, but the ground soon dried out. Geoff helpful and friendly as always. Certainly one of our favourite sites, and hope to be back later this year.h

Great site!

Lovely peaceful site, excellent clean facilities. Good size pitches, well spread out. Would definitely recommend. Great location for exploring New Forest and coast. Friendly owners.

Welcoming and Easy

Plenty of room, peaceful, we were made to feel very welcome, the toilet blocks were excellent. 'Easy and welcoming' is my simple way of summing it all up.

Lovely, site.

Our first time at this site and it was lovely. Plenty of room for all of the pitches and with perfectly adequate and clean toilet/shower facilities. A great place to be based for this area of the New Forest with less than 30 minutes to Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Lymington. Great pub grub (The Plough) within 5 minutes by car (I would hesitate to recommend walking there due to traffic and narrow road). A lovely place and we look forward to returning again.

What a Gem!

Just returned from a short 4 night stay. Lovely peaceful site with super clean toilets and shower if you need them. Great friendly welcome from Geoff on arrival after a horrendous journey down. The site is very well maintained and close to many places of interest. Now added to my favourite list and we will certainly use again to visit the area.

Lovely Site

We loved this site as it is clean and spacious. The facilities are adequate. Owner was friendly and welcoming. We will be back next year.

What A Gem

This is a fantastic CL site with immaculate clean toilets x 2 and excellent shower room. Very spacious site with Geoff very welcoming and happy to share his local knowledge. The train runs occasionally but do not be put off as its not imposing.We will definitely return.
