A lovely site and wonderful location. Facilities simple, very clean and well maintained. Site owner very welcoming and happy to chat and give advice on where to visit, where to eat and general information about the locality. The owner also advises on accessing the site, it is perfectly doable for motorhomes, caravans and twin axle caravans, but a bit of care and caution is required. Don't be put off by this, it is an absolute gem of a site. We will definitely be using the site again.
We’ll definitely be back
Lovely flat spacious site. Toilets and shower spotlessly clean. Really peaceful with just the occasional rumble of a train but not imposing at all. Owners very accommodating. We’d definitely stay again.
Quite possibly the best site we have stayed on in UK
This is a fantastic site.
Very large field, perfect ground for awning pegs, huge pitches.
Very clean facilities, two toilets one shower. Not on stupid timed lights, proper separate shower cubicle, so your clothes don’t get wet.
Trains are not an issue, I sleep very lightly was not woken.
Very friendly owners.
So much to do round there, we were there for two weeks, could have stayed another two.
We will definitely return.
One of our absolute favourite sites in Uk.

Nice site
We found this site by chance and really happy that we did. Friendly helpful owner. As others have said the railway line is not a problem. We use our own facilities but they have lovely and clean ones should you want to use them. Great location and we will definitely stay there again if visiting The New Forest.

Our first caravanning experience and we had a perfect stay !!!!
What a lovely site ! On arrival we were greeted and shown around by Geoff. We found the site astounding! It's very quiet, with large pitches and perfectly maintained shower and toilet facilities. Our 8 and 5 year olds were very pleased as Geoff kindly allowed them to bring in their medium size net goal. The site is perfect, such an amazing experience. We wanted to rebook a pitch 2 weeks after our stay, sadly Geoff didn't have availability. No wonder ! We will definitely return.
Lovely
Stayed on this CL for 2 weeks...Lovely and peaceful with the odd train going by in the cutting but not a problem. Shower ands toilets were spotless. Great place to stay for going out as in easy reach of beaches, towns, and New Forest. There's a lovely pub within walking distance (less than a mile) called The Plough. So this CL has everything you need for a great holiday
Great site
We stayed here for 3 nights in our motorhome the site is lovely and peaceful yes there is a train line in the cutting behind the site but this did not bother us at all. The Owner was very helpful but they just leave you to get on with your holiday unless you need anything. The toilets and shower are spotless and Im very fussy…..We would definitely visit this site again when we’re back in that area.
Lovely Long Acre Farm
What a lovely site, nicely kept, loads of space, nice clean pleasant facilities, and alpacas to keep you amused.
Can't believe we never tried this place before a credit to Geoff and Victoria.
Lovely CL site with great clean facilities
We arrived at this site very late and there was
a board to greet us telling us where to go. Not a huge deal but it really made a difference after a very long drive down.
Site is in a lovely location and has 2 large toilets and a large double shower. We couldn’t really ask for anything else.
The site is well maintained and the access is great too. We only had 1 night as a transition stop but we’ll certainly return for a longer stay in the future.
Great experience overall.
Fantastic CL site
This was our 1st time using a CL site and will definitely be booking to use it again. Wonderful flat spacious field, we were on pitch one and it was very level we had no need for levelling blocks for the motorhome. Lovely clean facilities block with 2 toilets & one shower room. We cycled from the site using roads at first but soon got to the forest trails so was perfect for biking. The local bus service is a bit more of an issue from this site if you are planning on using it. We had to walk down a busy road with no path to get to the bus route only to find it didn`t run on bank holidays or Sunday`s. There is a train line that runs near the site but we didn`t find it to be an issue. Fantastic location and a beautiful site to stop on.
