K&N

What a fabulous location, we could only stay one night but will be back for a longer stay. The road is narrow , but it is well worth the drive. Excellent spot to relax and unwind. Well done Angela and Charles on a lovely CL.

Easter break

We have just returned from a peaceful relaxing break at this wonderfully situated cl. On arrival we were welcomed by charles a very nice gentleman who offered help when needed. If you are looking for a quiet rural setting this is the perfect place. We will certainly be returning.

Although the road is narrow leading to the site the access is easy and the views splendid. We had a very enjoyable week here in mid September and will definitely return.

Little Gem!

What a gem of a CL.....rustic, rural with beautiful views over the river Wye to the fields beyond. We really enjoyed this lovely little peaceful place. Pitches were well spaced out and the owners were very welcoming. Yes, the road is narrow but hey! So what! Any cars coming towards you will have to reverse into a passing place, they are used to this, so no problem. If you are looking for hard standing and manicured lawns, this is not the place for you. Although your pitch was mowed the area around was natural. It only added to the country feel and ambience. Loved it. Will return!

Wonderful River Views

A lovely CL right on the banks of the River Wye with fantastic views of the river. Very peaceful and secluded. The road to the site really is very narrow but on the plus side there was so little traffic that little chance of meeting anything. The EHUs are all at 1 end of the CL but still plenty of space and pitches reasonably level. Owners are very friendly and welcoming.

Access not easy

i was very concerned about the narrow approach road, owner offered to stop oncoming traffic which was helpful. The site is not level, grass areas not maintained and looks rather messy. Access to urban facilities not easy. Open views across river outstanding.

Tranquility

A really perfect site, all you could wish for, but the access was not ideal. Finding it was easy, as there is a wedding venue called How Caple, (which has brown signs), on the left, before your last instruction to turn left. Once on this last stretch of road, passing places are rare, and they would not be large enough for a Caravan. Meet another caravan could be a nightmare. Brambles, did scratch my window in one spot, where it is rather narrow. A great site owned by a great member, but some graveled extended passing spots and the hedges cut would solve the problems

Peace at last!

A delightful spot, overlooking the River Wye & its wildlife. Helpful owner and it's useful to have the disposal point on site now, rather than at his house. Easy to find along the long narrow road [with passing places]. A peaceful idyll - what more is needed?
