Run by a Lovely Couple, Who Care.
Stopped for 3 nights with Roy and Mary. This is a working arable farm with a photo that only shows 1/2 of the lawned area. Every pitch has a view across the rolling fields of Cambridgeshire. Very quiet and peaceful when we visited. Roy keeps the grass short and there isn't a clipping in sight. There is a large hard-standing area but most of that is adjacent to the farm's main storage barn. The washing machine is an added bonus and included in the pitch price.
Close to the A14, but if you are looking to visit the city of Cambridge from here, there is a guided bus that runs from the park and ride at St.Ives (a short drive away) into the centre of Cambridge.
Being and adults only site makes this haven very relaxing.
Roy asked me if I needed the wifi, but I didn't so I cannot comment on its quality, or cost (I doubt he charges).
We will definitely return and have a longer stay next time.
