Lovely rural CL

Lovely CL, nice big field with decent space between pitches, couple of picnic benches. Nice clean toilet and shower. This part of Lincolnshire is very flat but has its own charm. Not loads to do in the immediate locality, but just a short drive to Mablethorpe, Skegness and Louth. A couple of things to be aware of. The road was a bother for us, busier than you would expect for a B road, but we are in a trailer tent. I suspect it wouldn't be as bothersome in a caravan. There also aren't any washing up facilities, which was tricky for us, again with us being in a trailer tent.

Lovely site

We had a few days here in early August just to get away from it all, and what else could we ask for. Lovely little site, well organised and great facilities. The beaches nearby are a kid's and dog's paradise ... I enjoyed them too :D .

First Caravan Experience

First time family outing in our caravan and as a club member to a CL. Was a great little site seemingly in the middle of nowhere but only a short drive to what you need. Stayed 3 nights and had no issues, simple site facilities were always clean and available. Nice bit of grassy area to let the kids get rid of some energy too. Just take care on entering/exiting if you're a long outfit as it is a bit tight!

One night stop over

Booked with John a few weeks back for our Campervan as we were going to see the seals at Donna Nook We arrived mid afternoon and we’re greeted by John who sorted us out with hard standing on the drive as his grass site was water logged, We had the site to ourselves the toilet and shower facilities we’re spotless . we will definitely return John even pointed us in the direction of Louth for the Christmas market as we were leaving had a great weekend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Smashing !

A perfect CL - easy access for our campervan, very well maintained flat site protected by hedges, sparkling clean and modern toilet and separate shower, plenty of space for five units. We stayed for five nights, owner friendly and approachable. The main purpose of our visit was to attend British Superbikes racing weekend at Cadwell Park which was about 15 minutes drive away, but we also explored the area and found the site was perfectly placed to allow visits to many interesting areas such as Cleethorpes and Mablethorpe. Don't miss out Saltfleet village itself, very pretty and two great pubs! Also recommend the Kings Head at Theddlethorpe. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

What a fantastic site

This really is a gem of a site. Spacious flat field which is well drained. Just one toilet and one shower which is enough for a site this size, both modern and clean. The owner is a mine of information on the local area especially the day and time the chip van calls in the village. He also goes over and beyond what is expected. It was very windy one night and we were out checking guys and pegs on the awning when he came over to see if everything was ok and could he help. This was 10:30 at night. Will definitely be going there again.
