Short Notice Booking - Great Site and Lovely Owners

We booked this site at short notice, needing somewhere to stay as we were attending a swimming gala at UEA Sports Park. Alison and Paul very kindly accomodated us for one night and were there to welcome us to the site and showed us the facilities. The toilet, shower and washing up area were just spotlessly clean and the site was peaceful and there was no road noise from the A140. We would like to come back and stay for longer at this site and explore the local area. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for accommodating us at short notice just for the one night. Excellent peaceful CL with lovely owners, good walking and 10 mins to the bus stop

Very quiet. Facilities spotless. Stable electrics. Hedged site, grass kept short, fairly flat pitches. Good phone signal (O2). Friendly helpful owners. Nice walks (woodland or country/parkland). 10 minutes walk to bus stop (X44) to Norwich one way and Sheringham via Cromer and Aylsham the other. Aylesham is a nice market town with Tesco, Budgens, auction house and a small market. Highly recommended CL. £18/night with elec July 23.

Andy and Sally’s visit to Pound Farm 😃

Home after a lovely few days at Pound Farm. Paul and Alison were very welcoming when we arrived, lovely flat spacious pitches with electric, well kept clean toilet and shower and local information, perfect location to visit Cromer, Sheringham, Wroxham and the broads and other local places. Paul often checked to make sure everything was ok, we will definitely be back.

Paul and Julia Martin love this peaceful dite

Alison and Paul are great hosts, knowledgeable of the area so can help with where to visit. Was lovely to have them check in the morning that everything was OK. Site is close enough to Cromer, Sheringham and other places of interest. Villagers are friendly and the availability of local free range eggs ... Well you just have to try them. The site is lovely and quiet, haven't slept so well for ages. The shower and WC facility was clean, tidy and warm. The farm house that exists on the farm is beautiful, lovely to hear the history behind it and it's still a working farm. Well done to all that make this site what it is. It was a pleasure to stay and a pleasure to meet you. We will be back.!!

A lovely spacious site

Paul & Alison are wonderful hosts, very friendly & knowledgeable about places to visit. The site is large for a CL & there is plenty of space between units. The facilities are excellent, offering a large shower room & shower. It is close to the coast and the many seaside towns. There is a very frequent park & ride into the centre of Norwich, which is worth a visit. The local pub offers very good food. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Our first CL site

This was our first visit to a CL site. Alison and Paul very friendly and helpful on our arrival and during our stay. Our dog was very welcome, with walks from site. Some road noise at certain times of the day. Good, clean facilites.

25 wedding anniversary stay

We stayed here for five nights from 01.10.21. We were visiting our good friends who live in the village to celebrate both of our 25th wedding anniversaries. This site is so lovely, peaceful, clean and great as a base to visit Norfolk. Lovely welcome from Paul who was so friendly and helpful. Showed me the facilities and local walks and explained about the local places of interest. The shower block is excellent and warm. We loved this site so much we have booked for next Easter 6 nights.
