This is a reasonably flat field next to a working farm. It's close to the M6 so easy as a journey break, and surprisingly the M6 isn't loud enough to keep you awake. We called on the day and luckily they had space, and directions were given by the owner how to get here. Without these directions, it would be near impossible to find first time. There's a tight, high hump, weight limited bridge to negotiate. Plenty of space really unless you want a full playing field. There's not much around but you're right on the canal with a good towpath in both directions, which I'm sure would lead to some nice countryside. We didn't use the drop as this was a one night stop over, but the tap has an old thread and none of my adapters worked. Not a problem as i have a 35l container and 12v pump, but i will be going to B&Q for a clamp style adapter! You live and learn. For £8 it was a perfect stopover.
