Break at Skyview

We have just had 3 nights on site, Rob could not do enough for us. I had trouble with electric lead, they offered a spare lead and did their best to help. Location is fantastic and access is very easy due to Rob just putting in a new access road. The views are amazing. Only ten minutes drive into Biddulph and equally a short distance to Congleton and Leek. Rudyard Lake is close by also. We are looking at dates to return already. The site is a little gem.

Superb location and fabulous site

5 fully services hard standing level pitches. The views are simply wonderful. Rob is very welcoming and happy to help. There are still improvements being done. But nothing that disturbed us. We would be very happy to return.

One for the future

7m motorhome, 2 adults, February 5th and 6th 2022. This CL is one for the future. The entrance was being improved on the weekend we stayed, plus a pond was being created to the rear of the pitches. But the views from the front overlooking the valley are beautiful day or night. Once Rob, who was very polite, has finished his improvements the site will be gorgeous.The hardstandings are clean and level, with all facilites on a post on the pitch. The weather was horrendous on our weekend, high winds and rain, but it did not spoil our stay. I think in 2023 that it will be hard to get on this site due to the fantastic views on offer. Hopefully Rob will keep lighting to a minimum as not to spoil and night views.

Super Site

Super 2 night stay at Skyview. Wonderful cl with fully serviced hardstanding pitches with tv point too! The views are amazing across to leek and the roaches and further round to Macclesfield forest. You can even see Jodrell Bank telescope in the other direction. The site is perfect for exploring the Staffordshire moorlands and plenty of walks straight from the site. Will definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful CL

Perfect Cl , fully serviced pitch complete with automatic grey waste disposal, amazing views and lots of country walks. Rob is very welcoming and happy to share local knowledge to make sure you have a great stay. Everything you need for a perfectly relaxing stay. I’m sure we’ll return sometime in the future

Two night stay

Wow, what a find. This CL is truly wonderful and in the most amazing location with views that are second to none. All fully serviced pitches. Rob the owner is very friendly and welcoming and keeps the site immaculate. Easy walking distance to the local village with a well stocked shop and a local pub. Walking distance to Biddulph Grange Gardens. Absolutely stunning and we will definitely return next year. Thank you to Rob and his family for allowing us to share this special place

Beautiful site

Just got back from a few nights stay at this wonderful site. Rob is an absolute gent who went out of his way to make sure everything was ok and nothing was too much trouble. the site is spotless and really well maintained with some of the best views we've ever had from the vans front window. We will definitely be booking this gem of a site again 👍👍👍

Definitely be back

What a great site and lovely owners. All services on an excellent hardstanding pitch with fantastic views. Rob has done a great job developing this site and has got some good ideas for the future. No dog walk on site which is the only downside for us which Rob is looking to do in the future. We will definitely be back 😁🤞

CL owners of the highest calibre

Had a glorious four nights on this site. Rob has to be the most attentive CL owner we've ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. All queries answered with a smile. The site as already described is immaculate. We used our awning without a groundsheet - we didn't want to ruin the beautiful grass. Brownie points for us on that one !! Returned home, floor of the van virtually spotless. No dust, mud, nothing. The view across the valley really is that special. Would thoroughly recommend this site. It is a peach!!

Beautiful Site

Rob, the owner is very welcoming and helpful. The site is immaculate, five stunning, flat, gravel pitches, each with their own lawn surrounded by shrubs, which accommodates any size awning, If required. The views are stunning, particularly the sunset. We will definitely be back. The added bonus is that it’s only 15 minutes from home! Thanks Rob.
