Exactly what a CL should be

Easy access, peaceful, nice village to walk round - fish and chips are huge portions! North Norfolk coast within easy reach, and plenty of other places to visit locally. Ideal, would recommend without hesitation.

Wonderfully quiet site

What a gem of a find. We stayed for 5 nights and wished we could have stayed longer as the site was so wonderfully peaceful. We loved sitting next to the pond for our breakfast or just to relax. The ducks and other wildlife kept us entertained. Litcham Nature Reserve is a short walk away and the village has a pub, fish & chip shop and a general store. We will definitely return at some point.

One of our favourites

An absolutely lovely site. We loved the view across the little lake to the fields beyond which were full of wildlife. Very peaceful but a few minutes walk took you into the village where there is an excellent fish and chip shop, village convenience store and pub. The roads round about are a pleasure to drive through the beautiful scenery. You are soon across to Sandringham or the north coast or to Kings Lynn. We were very sorry not to be able to stay longer.

Recent visit

We have just got back from a few days at Springview and found it so peaceful. It was easy to find; although there are 2 sites adjacent to each other Springview is well sign posted. Just go slowly down the lane. We were the only unit on site, except for a parked, unoccupied van. We pitched right by the pond and watched the antics of the wildlife. The field is slightly sloping but not we never needed the ramps. I couldn't get the terrestrial tv to work at all so set up my portable satellite system. The water point and EDP are easily accessible. There are plenty of places to visit locally and we went to Bickling Park and Felbrigg estate as well as Cromer and the coast. There is a pub within walking distance and we had fish & chips from the local chippy 1 evening, very nice. Finally we never saw the owners until we left when I handed over my £10 per night. All in all another site on our "to return to" list.

Spring View

Had a lovely stay on this site. The owners made us feel very welcome and being new at caravanning, they were more than helpful. The site had nice views across a meadow and also a pond with shrubs and spring flowers. We even heard the cuckoo on several occasions. The village had a butchers, Post Office and store, fish and chip shop and a pub, which served good food, all just a short walk away. It is in a nice position for the Norfolk coast, Norwich, Kings Lynn and also for Sandringham, all locations just a 30 -40 minute journey. If you are going to Norfolk give this CL site a try, you will not be disappointed. We hope to visit again soon.
