We used this site a couple of times whilst viewing houses in the area. Rose is very welcoming and helpful. A very busy main road runs alongside the site it's well screened but not so quiet except at the weekends. Few facilities but adequate for what we wanted, clean, tidy and a flat nicely lawned area to park on. We could walk the dogs around the site on a lead as well.
You must have transport to go anywhere as there is no path beyond the site by the main road to walk on, and it is a fast road. Very close to Newton Abbott and not so far from Torquay either. Would definitely use again if we need to visit the area at all.
