Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Was welcomed by Rupert as soon as I arrived. He is easily accessible, his house being close to site. Gave me information about the area and buses in the area. Weather in April was very dry and almost cloudless skies for my 5 night stay ,though a little cool. Excellent place for walking and cycling with Mawddach Trail easily accessible. On one day an easy cycle ride to Dolgellau then back to Penmaenpool then across bridge to walk up to the New Precipice Ridge for fabulous view of the estuary! Then on another climbing Cader Idris., again being lucky with superb views! Lady looking after the horses in the field opposite the site told me how old they were and their temperaments!( the oldest was 30 years old !!) Would thoroughly recommend this sight.
