Fantastic view

Nice little site , just a field but if the what you are looking for this is a perfect site. Direct access to the cliff paths and small beach. Nice walk or cycle into st. David's. Quite a narrow lane from st.davids to the site but if you drive at non busy times you should be fine.

Beautiful coast

We stayed for a few days and watch the autumn roll in. The cove down through the fields was full of many coloured stones, and the odd seal. It led to the coastal path which took us to the old harbour, with its ice cream shop, and a walk up the lane to St Davids. The city was full of art, cathedral and cafes, and a lovely place to visit . 1.5 miles down quiet lanes brought us back to the farm. The site was scenic and peaceful, and we could charge our phones at the farm. Lovely owners too.

Wow

What a marvelous place, looking at the sea 240° round. Going with the bicycle to St Davis ( impressive cathedral) or to the lovely harbour, walking along the coast path, playing on the beach, chatting with other people on the camping, visiting this place for many years. Only problem was the wind, making it difficult to sit outside in the top meadow with the best vieuw and sunset.

Basic but beautiful

The sunset would rival what I experienced in the South China Seas and the view was truly magnificent from the Top Field and a very nice lady owner to boot.

Beautiful views of the sea and night sky!

The site has loads of space, and a beautiful field of wheat came with it this summer. We had 180 degrees of crystal clear night sky, perfect to get a glimpse of comet Neowise! There are loads of footpaths around and it's only a 5 minute jog to a lovely secluded beach. Also full 4G signal on O2, and the host let us charge up laptop batteries on site.

Perfect site to get away from it all

We spent a perfect 7 nights here in July 2019, lucky to have sunshine every day. Easy access to the coast path. Eleri could not be more helpful. A beautiful spot.

Fantastic views and beautiful location.

This is a beautiful CL with wide open views, walks from the site, a quiet beach nearby and lots of wildlife to spot. Walking round the nearby coast path will reward you with seals, porpoise, choughs, gannets, butterflies and a view of “The Bitches” which is the tidal race between the main land and Ramsey Island. The site is well kept and the grass mown regularly. Rob and Eleri provide a useful information pack and a warm welcome. Ahtough there is no electricity you can recharge your battery at the farm - take a risk and go off grid!

Excellent CL

Our second visit to this lovely site, this time we were pitched on the top site overlooking Ramsey Sound. The views are stunning especially of the setting sun.  The grass is mown regularly and the site kept tidy. The owners are very friendly and helpful.  We took our bikes this time and spent most days cycling the quiet lanes around  St David's over to Solva and Porthgain.  At £10 a night this well kept and quiet site is excellent value and we hope to visit again soon.
