Other reviews sum up this site pretty well and it is as tranquil and as idyllically situated as described. The access however is very narrow indeed and I suspect will cause more than a little concern to most. it would be helpful if the arrival and departure times were observed as it was only by chance that we came across a rare passing place to allow an early arrival (Too early) to get by. It would have been a real issue if we were a minute or two earlier or later leaving the site. Arrival and departure times are stated in the handbook for good reason usually. Please be aware that if you have children,there is a concealed disused quarry with deep water. This would certainly be an adventure playground for kids but would pose a risk if they ventured nearby without supervision. Having said all this, it's a great little site and we are pleased that we've found it and we hope to return one day.
