Lovely CL Site!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterpump CL!! We received a very warm welcome from Sarah shortly after arriving & we were given lots of useful information. The site is very well kept & very well run in a lovely relaxed way. There are beautiful views and walks over the fields & a pub only a short walk away! Perfect! We will be returning & we highly recommend!

Lovely CL site!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterpump CL! Warm welcome from Sarah with lots of helpful information. The site is beautifully kept & very well run in a relaxed way. Lovely location with great views & walks over the fields. Only a 4 minute walk to the pub! We will be returning & highly recommend!

Tranquil, spotless and welcoming

Very friendly and welcoming owners. Sarah offered advice on best places to go and best walks for dogs. Dog walking from site and off lead paddock available as well. Spotlessly clean and well kept. Convenient for loads of places. We visited Sizewell, Aldeburgh, Saxmundham and Framlingham. Indian takeaway delivered to site was a bonus. We will return.

Lovely CL site!

Managed to book late following a cancellation for 2 nights at Easter. Sarah promptly sent through booking confirmation and helpful info. The site itself is immaculate, peaceful and is in a lovely setting, having a footpath to the local pub from the site was a bonus too! We will definitely stay here again.

A Little Gem

This is a beautiful site so very peaceful. Great views & walks from site. The owners are very helpful & friendly. We will definitely be making this one of our favourite places to stop.

Lovely friendly site

Sarah and Dave were the perfect hosts and made sure we were settled in ok and gave us useful local information both verbally and in a leaflet. The local pub is a few minutes away down a grassy track which was unfortunately a bit muddy due to the recent downpours but worth it for the good pub food and ambience. Well located for local attractions like Framlingham Castle and Sutton Hoo. Electric and water were well located on site near to each pitch and not far to a well organised CDP. We had a very pleasant few days and we hope to be back soon.

Was only able to stay for one night but will be returning to stay for longer fully serviced hard stranding pitches Great views local pub on doorstep what more could you ask for perfect

Superb quiet location

This was our second overnight stay at this marvellous CL. A great welcome from Sarah. The weather was pretty awful raining most of the way up from Kent. Gale force winds expected that evening. The pitches are all gravelled hard standing with fresh water and EHU. A shame I can't attach a photo to show the view from the van across the fields. Will definitely be coming back in the better weather. Stayed 10/12/2023

Steve & Laura’s visit, 18-19 November 2023

Sarah gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. The site is immaculate and in a beautiful spot. We heard owls at night and enjoyed some stargazing thanks to zero light pollution. On Sunday morning we watched a deer stroll over the field beyond the river. It was just a short walk to a local pub. Sarah was there to see us on our departure Sunday morning. We have booked to return between Christmas and New Year. We thoroughly recommend this CL site.

Outstanding CLsite for motorhomes

We have now stayed at Waterpump CL three times and we will definitely be returning. The site is immaculate with fully serviced pitches. There is plenty of information on the local area and walks and the owners Sarah and Dave are extremely helpful and friendly. The countryside along with the walks are beautiful and the White Horse pub is a definite go to. Framingham itself is a wonderful vibrant market town. We cannot speak highly enough of this CL site, probably our favourite. Malcolm, Jane and Rusty
