Ideal for exploring the area

Simon and family were on hand and there if we needed them. The on-site Garden centre also housed a Cafe and farm shop. The CL is situated across the road from Wayford Marine (Day boats) if you have never experienced the Broads close-up and next to the Wayford Bridge Inn, with The Crown at Smallburgh and the Cross Keys at Dilham close by. As people have said, slight noise from the road, but not particularly obtrusive. Would definitely consider using this CL again.

Really nice CL

Stayed for 2 nights at this lovely CL and had a very warm welcome. Plenty of space and nice little walks, farm shop was a bonus and we sampled some of the delicious local produce. Slight noise from road but didn't bother us at all. Would definitely book again next time we come to Norfolk.

Getting stuck in - well almost!

LocalPlacesOfInterest: Stalham Norwich rd; next to farm shop and Inn; PTA (flag it down); good access. Site: Lawned; good basic CL facilities; busy road noise; good access to pub next door, farm shop on site; Norfolk broads, Norwich via the bus from outside (Phil the bus driver - nice helpful chap!). Overall: Nice tidy basic site, would re visit if in area - but only if dry as struggled to exit site in our MH! But there has to be a first - and hopefully last time! "
