Excellent site in every way!

Excellent site- perfect location, 5 minutes from sand dunes and a 3 mile golden beach. Facilities are the usual CC standard and very clean. Good base for Penzance, Marazion, Sennen and Lands End. Easy to get to coastpath from the site. Don’t forget to go to Trevaskis Farm for superb food and enormous puds!!!

Amazing location so close to beautiful beach

Stopped here in April. Grass pitches but no problem as the ground was very hard. Lots of separate areas to pitch in, some can get a bit tight for space , but no problem if you can reverse your unit!! Location of site is superb close to an amazing beach , sandy, sand dunes and rock pools for the kids. You can walk down , about 10 minute walk but there is a car park if you have a lot to carry. Can walk to coastal path from site. Facilities were excellent , kept clean. Only one motorhome service point but no queues to use it when we were there. Wardens rent out buckets, spades etc and give money to charity which was a lovely touch. Fish and chip van came twice a week and food was excellent. It's not a cheap site to stop on, but you can't beat the location.Would definitely go there again

Overcrowded

Having stayed at this site before and thoroughly enjoyed it this time thought that the units were jammed in tighter than ever. We stayed on pitch 42 for 2 weeks from 25th September. When we arrived not much choice of pitches. The pitch we chose was with awning and the awning space had no grass on it whatsoever. The rain caused our pitch to become completely waterlogged and not useable. The units were packed in. Would I stay here again possibly if there were hard standing pitches.

Great location for beaches and walks

This site is in a great location for exploring this part of Cornwall. In particular it is just a short walk to the local beaches and cliff top walks of the South West coast path. With lots of great little tea rooms and cafes on the coast and easy links via train into St Ives and Penzance it really does have something for everyone.

Brilliant location

We are just returning home to Leeds after a 10 day stay. We were lucky with the weather and the location of the site couldn’t be better. A walk over the amazing sand dune systenm to the gorgeous 3 mile beach. Fantastic surfing, body body boarding, wind and para surfing. Lovely cafes and walks a plenty. We were unlucky with pitch 101 I think. We had a non awning pitch of which there were only 3 when we arrived bang on. 1pm. 99 to 102 are opposite the garages and behind the facilities. We thought the pitches here were too close together. We got the noises from the facilities and were first to be woken at 8.50 with grass cutting and waste emptying by wardens, who it has to be said worked hard. Other pitches around the site looked fine. The wardens did let arrivals in well early which annoyed us as we had a long overnight journey and spent a few hours at services so we didn’t arrive til one! We will return and hopefully have a better pitch.

Wonderful site

Our first time at Godrevy but it won’t be our last, even with a 9 hour journey. The site is well kept and naturally split into small areas so has a cosy feel. We were in The Paddocks, which was great, did notice that some of the areas are a bit crammed in. Easy access to the dunes and one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen. OK walk in the dry to the pub across the fields, last bit on the road with no path. Sundowner Cafe and Jam Pot cafe on the beach road are both worth a visit. Took the bus (T2) to St Ives from stop near Loggans Way, parked near convenience store for the day. Facilities block is clean, thanks to wardens, but tired and should’ve been updated years ago. This is the only negative about the site, it’s wonderful.

Best club site

This is our second stay here. It’s perfect in every way. The location and pitches are wonderful but what really sets it apart are the wonderful staff. Fabulous 😊

Great Holiday! :)

We had a great holiday at Godrevy Park Caravan Club Site, first week in Sept. This was our first visit here. We spent the first four days walking locally as 'Tunes In The Dunes' music festival was on and The Cycling 'Tour Of Britain'! We did get splendid weather so we were able to explore the sand dunes or 'Towans'! Fantastic. We were able to explore the different beaches and walk to Godrevy Lighthouse! On our final three days we got out in the car to Pendennis Castle, St Ives and Portreath. Rain on final day but overall, a lovely week holiday. We found the site to be big. Plenty of showers, toilets and vanity units available. Thank you Godrevy Park, we look forward to seeing you next year! :)

Great location, site tired

Loved this site, been many times. Really well located for walking, cycling and visiting Cornwall's finest. However, we've seen a marked decline in the state of the facilities across the last 5 years from pristine to tired and a bit dirty now, for example the showers are musty with the black mould along the seams and general poor standards of cleanliness, not usually expected for a club site. Additionally, we chose a great pitch (41) and found that our neighbours car had to navigate a very tight corner around their caravan and our awning to get into the 'required' parking spot, yet the pitch other the other side was very generous indeed. So, something has gone awry with spacing the pitches or more have been squeezed in to meet the demands of this unusual year, maybe a little more attention to detail could be exercised? Finally, the wardens (not all) were not the cheeriest of folk. We understand that they've got a job to do and it can be busy - but we've all come away for a lovely break and a bit of warmth and cheer goes a long way to making you feel welcome. Nonetheless, thank you and we hope to be back.
