Great Location

This site is great to access lots of areas to suit all the family. Lovely welcoming and helpful wardens. We will definitely be back... shopping, walking, nature reserves, water centre and easily access to Whitby and the Yorkshire Moors :-)

Autumn break

Excellent club site we visit at least three times a year and have always received warm welcome from courteous and helpful caravan club staff. Great site for cycling, walking, shopping having a meal and a drink and easy walk into Stockton and Middlesborough via river Tees or catch bus near Asda or over the river at Teeside Park

Great site and very quiet considering location, plenty of walks in area. You can walk to asda easily from the site and the Tees Barage and white water course are just out of site gates. Dog loved watching all the rabbits.

first class site

good site to have rest and peace and quiet, excellent staff who run this site very efficiently with minimum disruption. You can walk to pub for drink or meal, fish n chip van visits Friday nights. the tees barrage is a great site or walk/cycle along the waterways. If its shopping Stockton town centre short distance or teeside shoping centre. we have visited a few times and will be frequent visitors for a trip away to chill.

We have just spent two weeks on this excellent site. The weather was perfect and the Wardens and relief Wardens were excellent, going out of their way to be of help. We will be returning again next ear. This was our second visit.

Ideal for a weekend break

We are regular visitors to this site ideal location to explore local area .site is clean but only issue is thefts of bikes from caravans etc but wardens do let you use garage to store them and other thing I find is that we have been loads of times this year and wardens never remember you and they can be really miserable but overall we like it here .

Excellent Site

Once more a great wk end with our yorkshire friends the only dissapointment was the nearby restaurant which on this occasion failed misserably with very poor service and unedible steaks this is unusual and seemed to be a staffing issue. the park itself fantastic as usual.
