Why stay here ...
It's perfect for a stopover to visit this busy vibrant city with its beautiful "Château des Ducs" where you can walk along the castle's parapet walls and the newly restored Cathedral. Also good as an en route site to the south during the winter.
Hop on a bus or tram just outside the campsite gates to go for a day trip to the city centre.
On-site there is a small pool, children's play area and mini golf and a lovely new restaurant /cafe/grocery store" Le Bivouac" to relax in at the end of a busy day sightseeing.
Hire a bike from the site and cycle along the Erdre river banks into the heart of the city.
Other great day trips include the local vinyards, the" Planète Sauvage" safari park and of course the famous "L'Ile aux Machines " where you can discover the amazing fantasty world in the former shipyards of Nantes.
Ride the carousel, take a ride on the giant elephant or check out the giant mechanical spider.
