Why stay here ...

Pebbly Barn Farm is located in the Cotswolds, which is well known for its picturesque villages and towns, which are steeped in history. We are situated about a mile from the market town of Moreton in Marsh, which holds its charted market every Tuesday.

There are many lovely walks and cycle paths throughout the Cotswolds, many starting right outside the gate. Pebbly Barn Farm is shortly to become a training establishment for racehorses, the farm is all grass, set out for the grazing and training of the horses. Pebbly is a very peaceful and quiet place, with amazing far-reaching views.

Peaceful, relaxing stay

We received a warm welcome from John on our arrival. The site is extremely well kept and provides plenty of pitch choices. There are beautiful views of the Cotswolds from the site and the walk across the fields into Moreton in Marsh is an easy one. We encountered cows in a couple of the fields accompanied by a bull so if you have a dog it might be advisable to take the road option. We can definitely recommend the cream tea served up at Charlotte’s Tea Shop as we sampled it twice on our three night visit! Thank you John for a relaxing few days. Steve and Doreen

A fantastic CL

This CL deserves the highest of reviews. The site is excellent - well laid out with hardstanding or grass, superb spotless facilities and as peaceful as you could ever wish for. Immaculately set in spacious grounds, well maintained and the owner both welcoming and helpful. The sort of CL you highlight in the book as one of the best and to be returned to.

Site owner, John Beswick could not do enough for us!

We used this site back in early October 2020 before the last lock down and what a beautiful tranquil place it is and offers easy access to the town of Moreton -in- Marsh and much of the Cotswolds. We had a fault on our power cable we did not know about which burnt out is power socket we were using and left us without power. John came straight round found the fault was ours and repaired our plug wiring so it would work again and would not take any money to replace his damaged socke! he is so kind and helpful that we would not hesitate in recommending him to everyone and using his site again if we are ever in the area. First night

August 2020. It was our first night in our new van and I believe we were the first visitors so not much to compare with! Despite this we do fully recomend this lovely site particularly if you want a quiet rural location. We enjoyed walking into Moreton -in-Marsh where there are plenty of good places to eat and drink . (turn left out of the gate and fairly soon turn right onto Evenlode road .At about the half way point there is a footpath on the left . Follow this ,over the railway line and later turn right. You should then aim for M in M via the allotments ending up at the church(.
