A lovely peaceful spot

Womack Water
This small, peaceful campsite was exactly what we wanted for a few days away in our motorhome. It is located very close to Womack Water, with lovely walks nearby and a short walk into the village, which has an excellent pub and shop. We needed to level the motorhome but this wasn't a problem. Public loos nearby. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will certainly be back! Sally and Simon

A perfect CL

Womack Water
A quiet field close to a river and busy staithe, pub and shops nearby, lots of walks from the site along rivers or across country and, finally, friendly horse leaning over the fence to watch us. What more could we ask. The only surprise was that we were the only people there for the six days of our stay. ps: as a bonus, we watched a pair of Great Crested Grebes building a floating nest on the other side of the river.

Mixed feelings

Womack Water
This is a lovely quiet site in a wonderful location. Levelling blocks are generally required. The ground drains well. There were 6 vans on site all the time we were there. We were told this was as a result of a booking error. Two of the other vans occupants on site complained to us (but probably not to the owner) that it says fishing on site but the fishing is at the staithe adjacent. The staithe is generally fully populated with boats so a fishing spot is not guaranteed. Also £3 for an awning seems a little high. So I have mixed feelings, I would not discount this site for another visit but I was a little disappointed with the number of vans on site.

Relaxing Site

Womack Water
Great position for boat watching right next to the moorings, with nice walks along the river banks. Handy to walk into Ludham for shops, butchers and pub. Not far from the coast. We will definitely return to this site.
