Convenient site for exploring Severn Valley
Alveley Stables
We regularly caravan in the local area and it was lovely to stop somewhere different.
Entrance is by electronic gate, and if towing a caravan there isn't enough room to wait safely off the busy main road. This isn't a problem as either pull into pub carpark or social club carpark while you wait for the gate to open.
Once on site we were given a key fob so we could drive out during our stay.
Field is fairly flat, we did need to use levelling ramps, water pressure is excellent so no twiddling thumbs while waiting to fill up.
Handy site for Severn Valley Country Park , Severn Valley Railway and Dudmaston.
Short walk across adjacent field to pub where we has an excellent meal (2 for 1), there is a Londis shop a short walk away for basic provisions.
Owners very helpful.
